  1. Information

Since we all love tournaments around here, it's time for another one: NFL stadiums. In each matchup, simply vote for the superior stadium as you see it.

First, the four stadiums in each division will do battle for two rounds so that eight stadiums remain. From there we will reseed mostly based on margin of victory in previous rounds, then vote single-elimination style until we have a winner.

NOTE: Since MetLife Stadium hosts both the Giants and Jets, it will count for the Giants in the NFC East poll, while we'll use the Rogers Centre in this poll essentially as a wild card.

  2. Furthermore, entering the draft when you're younger makes it easier to sit and waste the early years of your contract learning and growing into the NFL quarterback you want to become.

That's an interesting point. Thinking in the context of Barkley's--or any young quarterback for that matter--long-term NFL career, which is a more productive use of his time next year, a senior season at USC or a season riding pine for an NFL team?

  3. 1. :Cowboys:

    2. :Eagles:

    3. :Giants:

    4. :Redskins:

Cowboys kinda have to be #1 because they control their own destiny in winning the division, and Washington kinda has to be #4 because they suck. I'm putting the Eagles above the Giants simply because they're hot at the right time while the G-Men seem to be collapsing. Obviously a lot can and probably will change this weekend.

  4. That's why the NFC East is my favorite division. It's the most competitive and every year its always a tough battle for the #1 and #2 spots, which is usually a wild card.

Hey look, a non-NFC East fan gets it. Even in a year when the teams in the East are having a down year, the level of competition is still as high as ever. Gonna be a real fun finish to the season, and even if the Eagles' playoff hopes are dim, it's still exciting to know we have a chance.
