Since the beginning I have been stating that the scheme leads to wide-open passes. For everyone involved on the Rams/Chiefs/Pats. If nobody is within 5 yards of you when you catch it because your coaches are drawing up situations to get you there, you're going to have an inflated YAC. "You are trying to confirm an abundance of talent because of higher stats, and I would say that is a false narrative, incomplete at best." Middling players can do well in a great system. Great players can do well in a poor system. Woods has shown the former, but not the latter. 5 years of doing nothing in Buffalo says a lot more about him than one good season with the Rams. Brandon Lloyd lead the league in receiving one year.

I really don't understand this at all. The only thing the movie missed was the comic within the comic (which you can have added in with a director's cut) and then they changed the ending from Ozy having all of the best scientists create the monster and teleport it in rather than somehow tricking Dr. Manhattan. I'm confused as to why everyone is hating on Cousins? He was a huge "get" for Minnesota last offseason, turned in one of his best seasons via efficiency and such. ??? Robert Woods, on the other hand, belongs nowhere near this list. Complete product of the system (like Goff).

Someone posted the snap splits for Watt and he's in coverage about 1/3 as much as our OLBs were under LeBeau (and in previous seasons under Butler). They used to be back in coverage ~34% of the time, he was back there like 10%. Makes sense why he's broken some Steeler stats. He's a great player and the arrow is pointing up for him, but I'm not ready to crown him like most of Steeler Nation.

Nothing is set in stone, so if we have opinions, let me know. New (preliminary) settings vs Old settings: -QBs were still getting too many points, imo, so I cut them down a bit. They had standard TD scoring so I cut it in half like the rest of the offense. -RBs and WRs gained .1/reception just to add a bit of variety rather than hoping for TDs. Could maybe bump that up to .25, but not sure. -In order to try and even things up on defense and reward the best players rather than just the tackle machines, I have increased PDs, added TFL (they were not available previously), and bumped up the scoring for all splash plays. I don't want to make it too volatile and reliant on luck, but I think this rewards players like Von Miller and good DBs that aren't going to make a lot of tackles because they don't allow a lot of catches.

Maybe Thor 4 will actually be worth watching. I know I'm in the minority, but the first one was the only one I liked. I'm a major hater. Popular things have to hold up under extreme scrutiny for me to give a shit and under the radar things get more of a pass because they didn't have the resources the big guys did. That and as I've gotten older I've been more willing to be critical of things I want to like. For example, we just saw the new Spiderman last night. I really enjoyed the first one for the most part, but this one kinda fell flat. I was expecting to love it, but man, too much of it was wasted on highschool bullshit. It wasn't half as bad as your average anime (which is why I don't like anime for the most part), but it got really old.

Why the fuck do we need a Black Widow movie? She was hands down one of the most atrocious characters in the MCU. She made me hate looking at Scarlet's face. I was so glad when it was either Hawkeye or BW that was going to die--two supremely annoying characters.

I think they're crooks, too, but this just doesn't seem in keeping with the tone of their bullshit.
