TD Jacksonville 2013 Mock Draft
CampinWithaMissingPerson replied to TDJacksonville's topic in NFL Draft
Same could be said about Jarvis Jones yet you have JAX taking him. So why do you care about, and even have the Jags taking Jones when hes strictly a 3-4 rush backer when you said Jordan wouldn't fit because he's nothing but a 3-4 OLB? Which is incorrect by the way: They're both going to be great players. That scout I quoted said this about projecting the two players going forward: As for the Jags, I'm officially praying we get Geno Smith now. #TeamGeno If they draft Matt Barkley I might just stop watching football altogether. -
How'd your team do this week (images/gifs)

First half: Second half: -
The game was tied 3-3 at halftime. The rest of the game was 38-0 Bears. Blow it all up. GM, QB, HC, OC, DC. The Jags are worse than they were in their first "rebuilding" year of 2009. Disgusting.

Classic Jaguars. #TeamGeno Geno Smith will save us.
-
That's always my excuse to the IRS.

Black Jerseys of course.

I blame this on Chris Brown.

I could see the Titans pulling off the upset easily. But the Vikings play different in the dome. 27 24

TD Jacksonville 2013 Mock Draft
CampinWithaMissingPerson replied to TDJacksonville's topic in NFL Draft
Dion Jordan versus Arizona 2011: Dion Jordan versus Fresno St. 2012 (this year): Dion Jordan Highlights from all of 2011 (All-Pac 10): This guy is a freak. Jevon Kearse was the first dubbed that, this guy looks just like him it's unreal. In the Fresno St. game this year he's guarding slot receivers, he's in 4 point stances, 3 point stances, standing up at OLB. On the left, on the right. He pursues, has motor, has that first step, the speed, he can bend on the corner, he uses his hands to slap away the OTs and get to the QB. Utilizes the spin move. He cuts through and makes plays on the run. The guy has all the tools. He's a converted TE. Only been playing DE/OLB for 3 years now. This guy is Kearse all over again, the draft week knock on him will be he is raw, we heard that before with JPP. I'm telling you, this guy is a future NFL star. -
TD Jacksonville 2013 Mock Draft
CampinWithaMissingPerson replied to TDJacksonville's topic in NFL Draft
I'm hoping the Jags get at least one of the three since we're likely drafting top 5 again: Dion Jordan OLB/DE, Geno Smith QB, Jarvis Jones OLB/DE All elite talents, Dion Jordan out of Oregon is an absolute stud. Jevon Kearse type of talent. With the ability to even cover slot WRs like a Julian Peterson used to. Personally, I think Dion Jordan has the potential to be the best defensive player in the NFL once he gets settled in. He's that good. If the Jags get him I might break everyone's hand I come into contact with that day via the high five. Maybe even kick my heels after swirling around a few lamp posts while I'm at it. -
I came into this thread to offer another opinion on how ridiculously good the Texans are this year but I can't seem to remember the words, all I know is it had something to do with Kate Upton...

Laurent Robinson diagnosed with 2nd concussion
CampinWithaMissingPerson replied to Vin's topic in AFC
They lost another big FA signing this year too Clint Session to the same thing. Except his concussions are all from last year and he still hasn't played and likely won't ever play again. Jags screwed themselves big time with these two signings. Although they have the most cap room in the league, and it all carries over so per PFT they have like 148 mill as a cap instead of 120 like most teams. This will only increase next year because again, they have the most cap room in the league this year too. With the 5th richest owner. Dump Gene Smith, Decide if you want to dump Mularkey too, and get someone in here who can actually draft right, patch up the holes with FAs. -

Another classic Jags WR Free Agent signing. GM Gene Smith, "Forward." -
This is the Colts game with the black unis:
-
Jags have won in the old black unis a few times. Beat the Giants in Coughlin's return to Jacksonville on either Sunday Night or Monday Night football. Crushed Peyton Manning and the Colts in them one day when they ran for 375 yards in — if I remember correctly — MJD's rookie year. Every time Fred Taylor and MJD got the ball it was like they were gone for a TD, that game was unreal. I think the final score was like 44-17 or something. Lots of Jags fans hold on to that game and say, "375" or something (which personally I think is kinda corny seeing as how they ended up losing the division to the Colts, as usual, later that year.) Like someone else said, Jags will wear all white (like they did in the beginning of this year) in the early part of the season when it's hot in JAX, when it hits October like now they'll switch to black at home. Jags are getting completely different jerseys next year anyways though, but black is the new primary home jersey.

I'm so embarrassed that the Dolphins are better than my Jags this year. I swore Miami would be the worst team in the league. Tannehill is already > Gabbert. #BecauseJaguars See sig.
-
All 20 of us, going strong.
-
Naw NYC? that's for the Jags obviously.

*checks to make sure all his weekend picks are the opposite of Phins4life*

I even wanted to bet money on the Rams but my guy wasn't available. I was that confident on this game.
-
Same here, I picked the Rams in all my Pick'Em leagues including my money league. Rams defense is a problem. Janoris is such a baller. So mad my team has Gene Smith as a GM who automatically rules out players who aren't choir boys. Ugghhh. Also, Hekker > Bryan Anger. Only difference is, we took Anger in the THIRD ROUND. Classic Jean Smiff.

Razor's 2012 Receiver Watch

Jags WRs lead the league in drops, in other words, same old story. I honestly think Brunell talked to god and cursed the passing game in Jax after getting benched for Leftwich.
