  1. don't know if anyone saw this (again I think I'm the only one on here who follows USL) from May, but the guy just got a worldwide suspension from FIFA and I'd say it's deserved:

Daaaaamn, if I was that first teammate to approach him who ended up shoving him don't know how I wouldn't of thrown hands for his jaw. Yeah, fuckboy shit. Ground him for good.

  2. Nothing better than when a front office says that "We are going to get younger" when they bring in Hoiberg and in the following off-season they bring in two washed up old vets while getting rid of two core players that helped made the team contenders.

    Fuck the Bulls.

Which core player? Gasol and Noah are old and in Noah's case damaged goods knee wise, and we all know about Rose who fits the core description age wise but tread on the tire wise? Thibs grinded him down, just like Noah. Those knees are shot, he'll have spurts in a season where his legs are fresh but he's gonna continue to have these soft tissue injuries that he had this past year due to the wear and tear over the years and having to play an 82 game season.

  3. Circus comes back on Jul 10th don't know if any of y'all have watched it before but I'm a fan. It's episodes during the primaries and caucuses were kinda cool to watch. Last aired in April, and it's technically still their first season I guess Episode 14 coming up and unlike last time in April there's only two clowns left in this circus.

Some conservatives don't like it because 2 of the hosts are Dems from Bloomberg, but one of the other hosts is McKinnon who is a conservative and was in Dubya's campaign as well as some other dudes. It's not super biased at all IMO.

  4. Götze told some people in the national team that he will leave Munich. The only question is, where will he go?

Option number 1: BVB! A comeback to Dortmund is still possible even if the trail isn't very hot right now.

Option number 2: The more likely option. In the last few days Tottenham has been in contact (with Götze). The London-based club play in the Champions League as the third placed team in the EPL.

  5. This tourney has been so poorly played. That Wales Portugal game was disgusting. These teams are so conservative and uncreative. Can't wait til club play starts.

International ball is always clunkier due to the lack of chemistry unless a lot of the squad know each other and have for awhile like back in Spain's reign but that also had to do with their Tiki-Taka possession style which shook up Europe and lots of teams have tried to emulate to good or bad results.

It's funny though, Americans mostly only watch International Soccer and complain about how boring it is but if you think about it; given it's 11 starters each side just like Football, International Soccer is like having a tournament of All-Stars but spread thin throughout 30+ teams but worse because of the limit of having to be born or be a citizen of the country and only play for that country and not an actual All-Star.

We all know how sloppy All-Star games can be.

  6.

Robinson thought he was still on the road and didn’t want to exit the vehicle, according to the report. He tried to open the driver’s side door about three times after the officer repeated over and over that the car

was sinking in the pond, according to the report.

    Not impaired? Hokay. :yao:

  7. Yeah like DMac said I see KD being the main scoring option on the Warriors. He's the most physically gifted freak athlete it's the easiest for him to get open looks and hit contested looks, and now with a team with great ball movement and unselfish stars he's all gravy.

Wade to the Cavs would be insane. Probably gonna be Warriors/Cavs anyways save injury so might as well be super teams fuck it. Let's go 7 games again. :yao:

  8. Oh yeah, I definitely think things are different now with Klopp. Just in the past Liverpool (and Spurs for that matter) were known to just throw money at big names (Benteke, Soldado etc.) and they flop. But Klopp and Poch have seemed to changed all that for their respective clubs.

I loved watching Mane play. One of the dudes I'd tweet about more than most, very exciting player his acceleration is incredible. Reminded me of watching Bale at Spurs just suddenly speed past bros.

Also, Mané is such an exciting player to watch. Southampton continues to get picked off by the bigger clubs. Liverpool bought a good one, he's just gotta fit in their side now as Liverpool has been notorious for just throwing cash without thinking about fit.

  10. We won't know until they're elected  One thing lots of people don't talk about in terms of old/young voters which I've noticed as I've gotten older; Older people tend to vote for more self control. Younger tend to vote for more institutional control. It's only natural, younger people aren't used to having control so they vote parachute. Older people realize that it's just people, not some well oiled machine and thus realize the people in control are just as dumb as they are so they want more control.

My thing with the UK becoming "independent" again is it's actually far more left leaning than other EU states in mainland Europe. So like Norway or Switzerland I don't see this as some move towards some super extreme right wing movement that some left wingers are being hysterical about  That's just partisan narrative panic.
