The Kentucky House of Representatives just stripped teachers in Kentucky of their retirement benefits, even the money that has already been paid into the system. https://www.facebook.com/KEAmembers/posts/1726577314089924 Originally, it was simply a sewage bill, but they pulled a bait and switch and removed that language, (after it had already gone through two hearings, thus side stepping the requirement that it go through three hearings before being passed), and then took a vote on it, amending the title of the bill a mere three hours before the vote.
