The Bills swept the Dolphins last year for the third time in five seasons (also 2013 and 2015), and they're 7-3 against Miami since 2013. Each of the last four meetings has been decided by eight points or fewer. Buffalo beat the Jaguars last week, 24-21, posting consecutive victories for the first time this season. The Bills have 65 points in their last two games after scoring 46 in their previous six contests. The Dolphins held a 24-14 lead in the fourth quarter in Indianapolis last week before falling to the Colts, 27-24. It was the second time this year that Miami has lost a game in which it led by double digits in the fourth quarter (also at Cincinnati). Miami is the only team with two such defeats in 2018. Buffalo ranks 31st in total offense this year, besting only Arizona, and second in total defense behind the Ravens. The Dolphins rank 28th in offense and 29th in defense - the only team ranked in the bottom five of both categories. Josh Allen set a franchise record for rushing yards by a quarterback last week with 99. Since the merger, only three rookie quarterbacks have had more yards on the ground through seven career games than Allen's 254: Robert Griffin III (468), Deshaun Watson (269) and Cam Newton (266). Ryan Tannehill returned last week for his first game since Week 5 and passed for 204 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions. The Dolphins have won each of his last seven starts in Miami -- only Tom Brady has a longer active home winning streak at 10 games.
