Kendrick Fucking Killed it

I don't think Kendrick "killed it" just because he name dropped a bunch of rappers and claimed he wanted to be better than them. If he didn't do that how much of his verse would be getting talked about? Killing it and sparking a debate are two completely different things.

Edit: And this is not to say it's a whack verse or anything, it is a good verse and I enjoy the song as a whole but you would think this is Nas dropping "Ether" the way some people are reacting.

In rock news....

In Utero, the third and final Nirvana studio album, turns 20 next month, and Universal is planning a massive box-set reissue of it, complete with a truckload of extras. And this morning, we learn what all those extras are. As it turns out, the massive three-CD/one-DVD version of the reissue includes the complete album, various much-loved B-sides and compilation tracks from the era, the December 1993 Seattle live show that broadcast on MTV as Live & Loud (on CD and DVD), live tracks, demos, and the Steve Albini-mixed versions of “Heart Shaped Box” and “All Apologies.” Confoundingly, the set also includes a second full version of the album, the remastered “2013 mix.” This demands the question: Who in the fuck needs to hear a remastered version of In Utero? Did they think they could make it sound better than the original? I guess we’ll see! Check the full tracklist below.

Oh for me it's not the name drops that killed it, the whole verse was ridiculous. The name dropping just upped the game and made people take notice that it was once again a I'm better than you again like we spoke about in the shoutbox.

Brought some much needed excitement back to rap though pure goodness.
