that's a personnel decision based on performance, hardly something you can equate with sexual discrimination, and as has been said NFL owners have to follow rules set forth by both the government and the league office, the only way to get women out of the lockerroom would be to ban all reporters from the lockerroom, as blots suggested, and that might not be a bad idea, but it's a completely different discussion
