The purpose of this round is not only to narrow down the field to the final 128 players, but also to seed the players for the next rounds to come. The voting procedure for this round is simple, rate your 5 best players, and 5 worst players. The players with the most points get the higher seeds, the players with the least points will be eliminated, and tiebreakers are sorted based on points earned in the qualifying round.
