Recommended Posts

Going back to yesterday, I spent 66 bucks on skyrim (60 for the game, 3 for scratch protection, 3 dollars donated to the government), 12 dollars on a quick lunch for me and my sister, and 11 bucks for gloves.

$17 bucks on groceries.

Yeah, that.

Some of you spend a shit ton lol. I know stuff's more expensive out on the east coast, but do jobs pay a bit better on average out there, then?

11 dollars on groceries.... probably need to spend 500+ on books. Luckily I found good online notes for two of my courses, so my expenses can probably be reduced a bit.

Holy shit I just realized I should get a decent tax return this year. I'm not even worried about possibly getting fired now.

A motherboard

6 core processor

8 GB RAM

500 GB Hard Drive

Keyboard

Asus 19 inch LCD monitor

Sony CD/DVD Burner

64-Bit Windows 7 Home Premium

+ Shipping

+ Rush Processing

------------------------

$726.91

So... Minus shipping cost... Spent about $930 on this build, and I found similar pre built PCs with parts that weren't nearly as good going for $1500 and even higher.

I consider this a large success.

300 on textbooks

The prices were not that bad actually, its just the fact that I am taking 6 courses. The nice thing about majoring in exercise and sport science is that the majority of the books you need for class will be useful after you graduate and the information for the most part, still relevant.

Okay bought my textbooks. $199.09 for three textbooks. Other two classes don't need textbooks (love being a COM major!). Probably the least amount I've ever had to spend on a semester of books.

$60 on Skyrim.

I was trying not to get hooked to the game but I was bored at my friends house one night and started my own file on his Xbox. The next morning (yesterday) I picked it up from the video game shop.
