FartWaffles 1,857 Posted January 28, 2012 Per Rotoworld: Colts hired Bruce Arians as offensive coordinator. So much for Arians' "retirement." Forced out in Pittsburgh thanks in part to his pass-first tendencies, Arians has landed in a place where running the ball has been little more than a suggestion for much of the past half-decade. One of the league's most aggressive play-callers during his five seasons with the Steelers, Arians' hiring is excellent news for presumptive No. 1 overall pick Stanford QB Andrew Luck, and could be a sign the Colts don't plan to leave the training wheels on their new quarterback for long. seanbrock 1,684 Posted January 28, 2012 Peyton Manning won't even make out of week 1 without being paralyzed from the neck down in Bruce Arians' offense. I'd be trying to get out of Indy too lol.
AllYouNeedIsLovie 377 Posted January 28, 2012 Sucks for Andrew Luck. Hopefully Arians doesn't cause him to have a shitty start off to his career.
jackhammerslam 17 Posted January 29, 2012 Fail. And the Steelers are close to hiring Jim Caldwell as theirs. Who failed more? Oh, that's right.

Sarge+ 3,436 Posted January 29, 2012 And the Steelers are close to hiring Jim Caldwell as theirs. Who failed more? Oh, that's right. Actually, you can't officially call Jim Caldwell a failure, since he has never actually been an OC before... Bruce Arians, on the other hand, has PROVEN that he is a failure of an OC. Sooooooo yea, LOLColtsfail.

Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted January 30, 2012 And it doesn't even matter. Because Caldwell is on his way to Baltimore. Former Indianapolis Colts head coach Jim Caldwell plans to join the offensive coaching staff of the Baltimore Ravens, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. Sarge+ 3,436 Posted January 30, 2012 I'm glad he's not in the Steelers' OC talks anymore, but I still think he would've been better than Bruce.
