Omerta+ 1,206 Posted May 4, 2013 (edited) I am gauging interest for an all era fantasy draft. Much to our player swap there will be a double elimination tournament at the end to see who has put together the best all era team. In this there will be two phases. You will draft your players. Then there will be a draft for your coaches. HC,DC, and OC. You will have your 24 starters (11 Offense, 11 Defense, And Punter/Kicker) However there will be 6 additional positions. The additional positions is how you will decide to run your team. If you want a high flying offense you can have an additional 2 receivers for 4 wide sets, or an additional TE for two TEE sets, or go all the way back to the wing T. It is completely up to you. That is where the trick comes in with the additional 6 positions. You will have to decide which position you think will be the most coveted and the offense/defense you think will be the most utilized. Example being if you are going to run a 4 wr set it would behoove you too also invest in CB depth. It will be a snake draft that I will randomize to all fantasy drafts. I would like to get around 8 to 10 teams to start with. Right now I am just guagin interst but it would be nice to pass the off season with some actual football centric games. If you are down then go ahead and reply if not, you are not cool ON THE CLOCK Zack 6:00 AM June 2013 Participants 1.) Ngata 2.) NaTaS 3.) monstersofthemidway 4.) Bay 5.) Bucman 6.) Zack_of_Steel 7.) RazorStar 4,025 Posted May 5, 2013 Building around defense, might as well start with one of the best. Chuck Bednarik, MLB
.AirMcNair. 1,232 Posted May 5, 2013 Anthony Munoz, LT. Building in the trenches has always been and always will be one of, if not the most important aspect for building a championship caliber team, so being able to select the greatest left tackle(and arguably greatest offensive lineman) to ever play the game 6 picks in is worth celebrating over. Omerta+ 1,206 Posted May 5, 2013 Deion Sanders. If i cant have arguably the best LT I might as well take the best CB and start building the defense.

.AirMcNair. 1,232 Posted May 5, 2013 John Hannah, OG. Said by John Madden to be the guy he'd take first if he were starting a team..and that's quite the praise, considering Madden coached one of the greatest linemen to ever play in Art Shell. Along with that, he was called the greatest offensive lineman ever by Sports Illustrated and the 2nd offensive linemen on The Sporting News' top 100 players of all time, only behind the guy he'll be playing next to on my team, Anthony Munoz.
