What Car Do You Drive?

Recommended Posts

Driving a 2002 Ford Taurus currently while saving up. Being a college student, rather not spend too much money on a car right now. I'm wanting to get a Ford Mustang GT or a Nissan GT-R sometime.

So jealous of you Ngata_Chance.... The Camaro and the Challenger are two of my favorite cars that are at least possible for me to sometime own that aren't the lamborghinis and fararis of the world...

What do you do to have those cars and the truck and audi... plus 2 more that you didn't even show... haha

Rapevan, seriously. Came across an old DHL delivery van and what was meant to be a cheap between vehicles vehicle, grew on me. Tons of room. I took out the horrible prior seating and installed a loveseat over the wheel wells. More seating and room. So much you can customize with a vans interior.

2005 GMC Sierra extended cab fully loaded is my primary vehicle and own (wife drives) a 2007 town and country van. My two previous favorites though was a 91 Nissan pickup that had over 317k miles on it when i bought my current truck (and I sold it for $3500 to someone who know what good care I gave the Nissan) and my first car which was a 71 mustang that I payed cash for when I was 15 years old. That mustang would register 120 and i could bury the needle in the dash and still make the front end rise up when I put the pedal all the way to the floor. Totaled it on Dec. 31, 1982 though when a guy pulled out from a liquor store in front of me when I was only doing 35 miles an hour. The friend I was driving home had to pull me off the other driver. I had just got a new paint job for a Christmas present and I was more than highly upset at the guy.

There's this thing called "pavement" going down nearby. I don't know if that's good for my horse :(.

No birds. Just cattle, as far as livestock is concerned. For crops, we raise what and pinto beans. Some fields are planted to alfalfa, to make hay for the cattle.

I drive a 1997 Saturn SC2. It's got over 118,000 miles on it and is starting to show its age a bit more. It still runs fairly efficiently but hopefully I can replace it soon.

2008 Mustang. Great car. Gonna tweak it up this spring/summer, too. My first car was a 1993 Ford Escort, and since then they've just gotten older. This thing is 15 years newer than the newest car I'd ever owned. lol. I am loving driving again.

2008 Toyota Tundra...truth be told, I am not really a "truck guy" but I told myself for many years that when I came into money, I would buy a Tundra and a Supra. I bought both, but sold the Supra just before I moved to Washington state.

Traded in that last thing i posted. It was a gold hyundai santa fe. I knew I didn't want another low MPG suv type vehicle. I knew I didn't want another sedan, because what fun is road tripping in those stupid things. I needed something that would allow me to do more, drive more, look more in style, and still be under 14 grand and have under 30,000 miles on it.

The conclusion was a silver Mazda 3 hatchback 2010, with 37K miles on it for 12.5K, acquired 4 days ago. Loving it. Snapped these a couple hours ago:

I have been thinking about window tint. I have just your typical fully see-through windows and always have. The fact that I dislike others having a full on view of not only myself but everything I am storing in my vehicle, in addition to the fact that I'm now driving something that potentially looks stylish especially if it has a modification or two, I'm really intrigued in getting my windows tinted. It's so inexpensive that I won't even notice the money being gone when I go through with it when I do it.

Then I realized... nowadays people don't necessarily have to do just super dark grey windows. You have the option to go with different colors / variations of window tint. I am REALLY attracted to blue especially when it is mixed with the liquid silver color which my car is. So that begs the question... you guys think that a simple dark-grey tint is the way to go? Or should I look into something where it combines the two colors, starting with blue at the top, fading to a dark charcoal grey on the lower half?

And then here is the same version/color of my vehicle, and this one has I think a 20% tint which is about what I would be aiming for, so I can still see at night and not get cited and stuff:

Been shopping the last week or so for a new (used) car. Narrowed it down to the Ford Edge SEL. Now I just need to get the dealer to go down in price a bit.

My gf's old forest green 2002 Toyota Corolla. Lately she's been telling me I deserve a nice car and had a guy with a 2010 Lincoln ready to sell. I wanna do research and ask opinions (post a thread here).

I dunno how much snow you get, but I know that my Subaru Legacy has been great for driving in the snow. Not many cars still made with 4 wheel drive.

2015 Jeep wrangler 4d

Looking to put a small lift and some bigger wheels on it as my tires are at about a 30000 mile mark and it's nearing time to replace them so if I'm gonna do it I'd rather it be now.

Edit: took a minute but I found a pic of it. And me. Holding it.post-2969-0-81602100-1486001795_thumb.jpg
