Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted January 16, 2014 (edited) I like the thought of drafting a TE, and the top two guys have me really excited if we could land either. But we have so many bigger needs to fill... Hoping an epic NT can fall to us in Round 1 -- and if there isn't one of value... Safety has to be a top priority. Barracuda 629 Posted January 16, 2014 I haven't really looked at anyone yet, probably won't much because I'd just be setting myself up for disappointment. But, Blake Bortles sounds like a major bust name.

seanbrock 1,684 Posted January 16, 2014 (edited) You know I think the Bucs are going to try to draft a QB. I know Glennon wasn't bad this year, but I think Lovie Brought Tedford in to groom a young QB and I think they'll want that QB to be their guy. With the pieces the Bucs have in place they don't really need help on the defensive side of the ball too badly but offensively the Bucs are a mess. The right QB and the right OC could that around and we aready know that as things stand with the group the Bucs have on defense that as solid as they were last year are instantly upgraded. New GM too. Edited January 16, 2014 by seanbrock

DonovanMcnabb for H.O.F 2,241 Posted January 16, 2014 Wouldn't mind the picks, I personally prefer Evans to Watkins (not saying he's better, just preferences) so it'd be ok with it. Although personally on offense the super early guy I want the Lions to target is Ebron.
Attyla the Hawk 197 Posted January 16, 2014 Fiedorowicz I can see for Seattle. I'd be totally on board for this pick, as he's my favorite TE prospect in this draft for what Seattle is looking for. If it worked this way, Seattle takes Antonio Richardson over Beckham Jr. He is too similar to Tate (UFA) and Kearse. I would expect that Seattle would take an OT to man the RT spot, who is capable of flipping to LT. We have struggled mightily in securing a backup LT and Okung seems to always be lost for stretches of the season. Our offense takes a dive whenever that happens. Seattle likes to add unique qualities early in the draft. Beckham Jr. isn't that for this team. They could go WR if it's a kind of player we don't have. Seattle is missing a bigger possession receiver. They could opt for Benjamin/Coleman or Matthews early. In this draft, Matthews and Coleman would both be available. Matthews seems more like a WR we like skills wise, although we also love unique measurables which Coleman has.
southgadawg 52 Posted January 17, 2014 I won't lie I really hope that the Falcons get the chance to take Jake Matthews with the #6 pick. Yes they need help on the d-line and with a pass rush but imho you have to get a quality person in there to help protect Matt Ryan AND be able to help get some push for the running game as well. This past season was a huge FAIL for the o-line.
