theMileHighGuy 656 Posted March 24, 2014 With the 52nd pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Zona Cards select: Morgan Moses, OT, Virginia Did not expect all the TEs to fly off the board so fast, would have liked one of the top 3, but Moses fell to me. Rough combine dropped him just enough. Still think he's a better prospect than some of the OT's selected. Arians' program will keep this guy in shape. Will probably play at guard his first year, and with Veldheer coming in sures up one of Zona's weakest areas.

Bucman 891 Posted March 24, 2014 Dominique Easley, DE, Florida First rounder before his ACL injury. Normally I wouldn't take the chance here. But Easley has great burst and a non stop motor. Plus all the good guards are gone

BC 331 Posted March 27, 2014 WIth the 64th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Seattle Seahawks select . . . Martavis Bryant, Wide Receiver, Clemson Tigers What Russell Wilson really needs alongside of Doug Baldwin, Percy Harvin and Jermaine Kearse is another receiver that can stretch the field and somehow come down with football when Wilson is forced to evacuate the football. There's no question Martavis has the physical tools, 6'3, 225, and should be a guy who can match up physically with Sherman at practice.
theMileHighGuy 656 Posted March 27, 2014 With the 65th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the AZ Cards select: Stanley Jean-Baptiste, CB, Nebraska When we started this thing, there was one player I knew I had to have, and this is he. The 6' 3" 220lb size is obvious, but he also has great instincts and understands routes. I expect him to go up and up as we get closer to the real draft. He had an amazing performance at the senior bowl and a very solid outing at the combine. He's no burner, but he can definitely run. Almost all the knocks on him, be it stiffness, not playing physical enough for his size, open field tackles, are completely coach-able, and he'll immediately be part of one of the better secondaries in the league. I would have probably put a later 3rd-round grade on him, but I couldn't wait around 20 picks to see. (didn't actually think anyone would trade with me either.) Probably my favorite thing about him is that he graduated, and I read he spent a lot of time with the Husker Heroes organization doing stuff for Nebraska hospitals. No character issues here.
Bangy 19 Posted March 28, 2014 With the 66th pick of the 2014 NFL Draft the Washington Redskins select: ILB - Chris Borland - Wisconsin Borland is one of the few rookies that could come straight onto the field and make plays of the Redskins straight out the box, probably one of the most productive defenders in the Badgers history, Borland's field instincts and ability to complete tackles will make him a very reliable LB in the NFL. Yes he is undersized for an NFL ILB however this shouldn't be too much of a problem with his aggressive play-making style.

ATL_Predator+ 1,196 Posted March 28, 2014 (edited) With the 68th pick of the NFL draft, the Atlanta Falcons select: Lamarcus Joyner, DB, Florida State Lamarcus Joyner is a very intelligent player. He was the true leader of the Seminole defense that won the National Title this past season. Joyner may be relatively undersized but he plays smart and with his heart. Joyner can do anything. He can cover all positions, he can blitz, he can lower the boom and is the definition of a playmaker. He's willing to set the tone on defense at any position and any situation that he's required of. Joyner joins a young and upcoming Falcons secondary with the likes of Trufant, Alford, McClain, and William Moore. The departure of FS Thomas DeCoud was necessary, and Joyner can immediately step into his place and thrive under Mike Nolan's system.
