Guest Phailadelphia Posted May 2, 2014 I usually just need some alone time. I like to meditate. That can snap me out of any kind of stress although it can be time consuming. Getting into the right mindset can take time. Playing basketball always clears my mind, but only if I win haha. If I lose I just get angrier. Sex doesn't do much for me in terms of mental clarity and decompressing. Although I've noticed I hoop better after sex, which is weird but an advantage I employ whenever possible lol.
