CampinWithaMissingPerson 2,025 Posted May 14, 2014 What ya got? Here's mine:• NFC East has a repeat champion finally in the Philadelphia Eagles (my only bold prediction that came true last year was that the Eagles would win the NFC East.) • Jimmie Ward wins DROY (carry over from rookie thread, but imo it's bold.)• Jadeveon Clowney will miss a decent amount of time due to leg/foot injury • The winner of the AFC South will only win between 7-9 games
BwareDWare94 723 Posted May 14, 2014 The Clowney/Watt combination produces at least 30 sacks, combined. Robert Griffin III does NOT have a redemption year. The Jets are a playoff team. Ryan Tannehil gets benched. Sean Lee plays 16 games. Matt Cassel, Teddy Bridgewater, and Christian Ponder start games for the Vikings.

Texans turn it around. Coach O'Brien vindicates Texans selecting him. Raiders have best year for some time making the playoffs. Schaub finds some redemption. Johnny Manziel gives Browns plenty of excitement on and off the field. Patriots miss out on SB appearance. Clowney wins DROY and ROY. Thanatos 2,847 Posted May 14, 2014 Romo lifts the Lombardi at the end of the season. Now see, gentlemen, this is how you do bold. He could have made it even bolder by adding this at the end: Romo beats Johnny Manziel and the Cleveland Browns in the Superb Owl.
CampinWithaMissingPerson 2,025 Posted May 14, 2014 I keep seeing this "Rookie of the Year" award stuff, but the NFL doesn't officially recognize one rookie of the year. It only officially recognizes the AP Offensive and Defensive Rookie of the Year awards. There are publications that come up with a single rookie of the year but they are not officially recognized by the NFL. There's only OROY and DROY. Just wanna clear that up because I see posters saying that in the other rookie thread and now once in this one.

Shotgun 442 Posted May 19, 2014 My division themed bold predictions: AFC East Buffalo Bills make the playoffs for the first time since the 1999 season. AFC North Cincinnati Bengals win a playoff game for the first time in 22 years. AFC South Texans win the division, Titans Bishop Sankey breaks 1,000 yards, Colts finish 3rd in the division. AFC West Chargers win the division while Manning has a sub 90% passer rating for the first time since 2002. NFC East No team will have more than 10 wins, but the standings will be the same as 2013. NFC North Division as a whole starts 8 different QB's. Vikings 3, Bears and Lions 2, Packers 1. This includes injuries. NFC South Fielding 3 playoffs teams in the Falcons, Saints, and Buccaneers, the Panthers go from first to worst while the Bucs and Falcons barely make the playoffs in the final 2 weeks. NFC West Hints of the Fearsome Foursome returns to the Rams but it's not enough to overcome the division winners in the NFC West, and the only playoff contenders for the division......the Arizona Cardinals.
Sarge+ 3,436 Posted May 19, 2014 Bware will go 5 minutes into the season without complaining about refs. Oh... this is bold predictions, not impossible predictions.
theMileHighGuy 656 Posted May 19, 2014 The Cardinals win the NFC West via tie-breaker. Blake Bortles wins OROY, Jags make playoffs. Brian Hoyer leads the Browns to the playoffs, Jerry Jones makes a ridiculous future-crippling trade for Johnny Manziel. The Ravens finish last in the AFC North. The Redskins are the worst-to-first team this year, winning the NFC East. Tavarres King finishes the season as Carolina's consensus #1 wideout. Denver D finishes total top-5, DWare and Von Miller combine for 30 sacks, while Malik Jackson and Danny Trevathan become household names. CJ Anderson finishes with more all-purpose yards than Montee Ball After going 12-0 Manning is critically injured and replaced with Brock Osweiler. Oz loses the next 3, prompting Foxway to start Zac Dysert who wins convincingly in Week 17, and proceeds to lead the Broncos to a superb owl victory.
