Mock Draft Selection Thread -- WE DID IT!

Welcome to the 2015 TGP NFL Mock Draft! This thread is used strictly for GMs to announce their selections. Please direct all discussion, debates, etc to the Mock Draft Discussion Thread. Don't forget to have fun with your selection and this process. Even though discussion is not allowed, use your time at the podium wisely! Announce your selection, add a picture, and don't be afraid to let everyone know why the player you picked was the best selection for your team.

Rules
1) Starting when the first overall pick is made, all NFL transactions in real life are null and void. This includes free agent signings and all trades that involve draft picks.

2) You may trade the draft rights to or for a player already selection. You may trade away or for a player already in the NFL if you see it fit.

3) When compensatory picks are announced by the NFL, we will add them to the draft order. In line with NFL rules, compensatory picks cannot be traded. If we get to a point where compensatory selections need to be made, but they haven't been announced, this will be our source for those selections.

4) Trades between two separate GMs need only be confirmed by both GMs in the discussion thread. Trades between two teams of the same GM may also be made. If you take issue with any of the trades made, speak of your concern in the discussion thread. From there, a decision shall be made on thew validity of such trade. Under rare circumstances a trade can and will be voided due to fairness, but it must be extremely tilted in one direction.

5) Each GM will have 24 hours from when their team goes on the clock to make their selection. Your teams clock begins as soon as the previous GM announces their selection. As we move further into the draft, later rounds will feature shorter time limits. Missing your pick twice may result in you forfeiting your team and being banned from this activity next year. If you think you may be unable to make your pick on time, send a "board" or wishlist of prospects to someone you trust to make the pick for you. This time will be cut after the first couple of rounds.

6) If you know you will be gone or see yourself coming up in the game and know you won't be around, please consider using a proxy selection in your absence. Oochy & Sarge are both long-term and trustworthy members that are not playing the game this year who have volunteered to assist you in making your selections if you cannot.

Send them a quick PM with a short list of who you are interested in, and if they are on and you are not when your team is on the clock they will go ahead and make the selection for you. Thanks again to Oochy and Sarge for their help!

I think he can play tackle, and I will plug him there. If everyone is right and he can't (they won't be right), I just move him over. I have holes all over my line and Scherff has played them all. Nobody turns out more consistent pro level offensive lineman than Kirk Ferentz and the University of Iowa. Short arms? Please. It might be the 'safe' pick, but it's the also the best pick.

Despite the acquisition of Byron Maxwell, the Eagles' secondary is still the team's biggest weakness. The best player who can help with this pick is Collins, who has the size, speed, and technique the Eagles want out of their cornerbacks. He joins a competition with Jaylen Watkins and Nolan Carroll for the #2 CB spot with the potential of a #1 corner in the NFL.
