You IPA lovers NEED to try Bell's Two Hearted Ale. It's incredible.

Fart, butta, or anyone else...

Do you guys recognize anything from this list I could try? We don't have a great beer scene where I live, unfortunately...

I'd recommend anything from Lagunitas, Sierra Nevada, Stone IPA, or the Breckenridge Vanilla Porter.

I don't drink much anymore but I had some go to drinks back when I was getting drunk every night.

Rum + coke

90 proof Peppermint schnapps + cherry cola

- tastes like an alcohol filled candy cane

Mostly a craft beer guy, but when it's not that, it's Kraken and Dr. Pepper.

But just recently...

Simply Limeade + strawberry vodka = refreshingly amazing

...especially in this Florida heat/humidity.

Bell's Two Hearted is amazing

Goose Island IPA is amazing

Land Shark is like a domestic but with good flavor

Redhook IPA isn't bad

Rogue Dead Guy Ale is fine as well

Personally, I like most of the Sam Adams beers, if you haven't tried them

Shiner Bock is incredible. Their seasonals suck, but the original is fantastic

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is good

Stone IPA is hit or miss. You might like it

Those are the beers I recognize. You've got a lot at your disposal.

Generally prefer either Budweiser and Coors lights are the two that I like the most in terms of beer.

On hot summer's days I don't think anything beats a cider. Magners or Rekorderling.

Then also love a bit of Morgan spice and coke.

for mixed drinks, anyone who hasn't tried coconut rum and coke needs to get on that, tastes just like vanilla coke but with a little bit (very little bit) of a burn

Had a pair of new cocktails that I thought were really good. I dunno if they have names elsewhere because this place just comes up with crazy non-sensical names for their stuff.

1. Was SoCo, a smooth gin, vodka, triple sec, peach schnapps, and oj. FANTASTICAL. I could do without the triple sec, because it's just a really shitty liquor to begin with... but it's whatever.

2. I had for dessert which was Frangelico (hazelnut liquor), Chambord, and a chocolate liquor. Oh man... OH MAN. OH MAN.

Pretty sure I am going to go get myself a bottle of Frangelico and Chambord because they were amazing. I have everything in my bar already for the top drink, just need a better gin.

I agree with the whole list in general. Maybe not the order, but those are def the most popular beers that most casual drinkers rock with. Yuengling is sooo good to me, had it for the first time a few months back because you can't get it here in IL, but had another coach bring a case from Wisconsin.

I like Yuengling, toured their brewery in Tampa once, but the beer is so low in alcohol it barely gets me buzzed. Can't do it. :nope:

Very true. Ran through about 8 that night and didn't get me anywhere.

Yea I love the taste of Yuengling, being a PA guy and all, but I do wish it had more of a kick alcohol wise.

Dundee is a good, cheap brand. I used to buy their variety packs that have the IPA in it all the time. :yep:

Anybody ever have 'Not Your Father's Root Beer?' I've heard from two people it takes exactly like root beer.
