FartWaffles 1,857 Posted August 28, 2016 A lot closer to Campin than I had first imagined. I'll take that as a compliment. Although Campin's beard is much more glorious than my own. I get beard envy every time I see it.

Sparty 110 Posted June 14, 2017 Dmac what you do is awesome and you're a true inspiration for everyone here AND wherever you put in work to help those in need. Keep up the great work man, you're a difference maker in the world and that's rare sadly nowadays.
Cherry 1,302 Posted June 15, 2017 Dmac, I got a question. I had a presentation from my school's diversity director guy about his trip to Haiti, and he talked about how the locals act different to black missionaries. Did you notice that at all on your trip? DonovanMcnabb for H.O.F 2,241 Posted June 20, 2017 (edited) Dmac, I got a question. I had a presentation from my school's diversity director guy about his trip to Haiti, and he talked about how the locals act different to black missionaries. Did you notice that at all on your trip? I did, it was pretty contradicting. At first they ignore me, and rush towards the white people because they view me as a local, and, I feel bad saying this, but they assume I have nothing (in terms of money, possessions, etc) to give them, or that I am a local trying to exploit them. A lot of them also either just associate America with white people, or have never seen or touched a white person. Whereas they see blacks every day. When they find out that I am from America, and am American myself, they listen to me and start treating me as though we are brothers. The children started flocking to me like crazy the second they found out I was born in America and was an American citizen. If I can be completely honest, many of them out in villages (which tend to be much poorer then the city) have so many problems... They'll listen to the word of God, and they absorb it because it's a message of hope, but they also want to know what you can do for them. blotsfan 2,112 Posted July 24, 2018 I might've mentioned it at some point, but I went hard on the weight loss over the last year or so. I'm gonna brag about myself for a half-second before going back to being the humble, agreeable guy you've all come to know and love. Faces covered to protect the innocent (except from those of you savages I'm facebook friends with). Before After
