56AceInDaPlace 110 Posted August 28, 2015 Bring him back. Mccourty is out for awhile too. All he has to do is man the slot. He had attitude and something to prove before. That's why he was a solid CB when he was here. In a 3-4, I think he'd be perfect for the slot role. Over what we have now I say try it out.
DBR96A 87 Posted August 28, 2015 Sorry, but I can't stand his punk ass. One of my favorite football moments of the last five years was watching Andre Johnson beat the living shit out of him.

Rashean Mathis is like, a million years old and he's still the #2 corner for the Lions. Edited August 28, 2015 by DonovanMcnabb for H.O.F

oochymp 2,393 Posted August 28, 2015 (edited) IDK if that statement even applied in March (PFF guy's tweet)... Rashean Mathis is like, a million years old and he's still the #2 corner for the Lions. I think someone mentioned Mathis (35 FTR) in response to that tweet and the guy responded that Mathis was a free agent, so a bit of a loophole since it was kinda unquestioned that he would re-sign, but still technically correct, the best kind of correct I just pulled up spotrac and it's showing 12 secondary players (corners and safeties) who are under contract and older than 31 (and for some reason that includes Polamalu, not sure if any of the others are actually retired) with 10 more 31 year olds, which given the number of players in those positions that are currently under contract right now, those are both really small numbers (Source: http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/contracts/secondary/) Edited August 28, 2015 by oochymp
Bay 2,003 Posted August 28, 2015 (edited) you mean this? I remember after when Andre was apologizing to his coaches and teammates and they all didn't give a shit that he did what he had to do. That was awesome too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hw9YMRDZDwI ~ minute in Edited August 28, 2015 by Bay
Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted August 28, 2015 Mathis, Terrence Newman (Vikings | 35) , and Tramon Williams (Browns | 32) all qualify. Might be more, not sure.

56AceInDaPlace 110 Posted August 28, 2015 honestly, I was kinda impressed Cort was able to get under his skin He did it to everyone. That's what he was trying to do. It worked lol. He made Johnson throw hands, in the process getting smacked around. Finnigan didn't try to fight him, if he did Johnson would probably still win lol.
