oochymp 2,393 Posted November 19, 2015 the NHL announced yesterday that instead of a traditional All Star Game they're going to do an All-Star Tournament, it'll be three 20 minute games (so it'll be the same length as a standard game) among the four divisions playing 3-on-3 hockey I think this'll be a lot of fun to watch, 3-on-3 can get really crazy so I'm interested to see how it'll go for 20 minutes Each team will consist of 6 forwards, 3 defensemen, and two goalies, so each team will likely run three lines consisting of a defenseman and two forwards, the smaller roster was obviously necessary with a team for each division, and they're clearly designing the teams to facilitate scoring I also love the divisional all star concept, I think it'll be fun to see how that plays out I might actually watch the all star game this year

theMileHighGuy 656 Posted November 19, 2015 Something new is always fun. I'm cool as long as they don't get rid of the skills competitions.
