Thanatos 2,847 Posted October 4, 2016 Thanatos, you do not have enough money with your current stocks, unless you want to sell them. Forgot to add- Sell all stock in Bucs. Sell all stock in Titans.
Cherry 1,302 Posted October 4, 2016 I literally bought into a team so bad that the only place for the stock price to go is up. Fucking masterful.
Sarge+ 3,436 Posted October 5, 2016 Gonna sell all of my Bucs and Lions shares. That gives me $45,000 to spend, which I will spend on: 500 shares of Arizona Cardinals @ $45.00/share = $22,500 454 shares of Carolina Panthers @ $49.50/share = $22,500 (might be a bit less, but just round it up)

SteVo+ 3,702 Posted November 7, 2016 Detailed post coming tomorrow morning (still have to price the Bills and Seahawks after MNF), but spoiler alert: Cherry, Sarge, and Vin turned a profit this "quarter." Cherry might very well be the richest of us all for his faith in the Lions, whose value has skyrocketed. In other stock news: the Chargers, Saints, Titans are trending up; the Packers, Steelers, Vikings trending down.

SteVo+ 3,702 Posted November 8, 2016 The market is open! Cherry is our big winner this quarter, making a huge profit on the Lions (a team several of you dumped...). Kudos to Sarge and Vin for turning profits as well. The rest of us suck, as always. It's rigged! Once again, I'm attaching the Excel spreadsheet I use to keep all this nonsense straight. Feel free to explore. The market will close again at 1pm Eastern this Sunday, though if you want to buy/sell any Ravens/Browns* stock, you'll have to do so prior to kickoff Thursday night. The market will re-open Tuesday December 6th, upon the conclusion of week 13. Those who have already bought shares: you may sell your shares and get your money back, buy more (if you have money), or retain it. If you take no action, all your shares will be kept. *The Browns are still off limits for purchase. If they go 0-16, we may have a "chapter eleven" situation where all stocks get sold or something. Reminder: all TGP members start with a balance of $100,000. SteVo+ 3,702 Posted November 9, 2016 are you going to keep up once a week during playoffs? Nah, that would be too much work. I think we'll have another buy/sell period after week 17, then again after the Super Bowl.
