SteVo+ 3,702 Posted January 3, 2017 We do this every year, and it's usually a nice way to inflate post count during the playoffs. Who are you rooting for? Who are you rooting against? Will actively root for, would be happy to see lift the Lombardi: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) Meh, don't care either way: 7) 8) 9) Fuck the world if these assholes win it: 10) 11) 12)
oochymp 2,393 Posted January 3, 2017 (edited) Teams the Titans beat so it'd be fun to see them win: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. New blood is always fun: 6. 7. I could live with it, but would rather not: 8. 9. (normally they'd be a lot lower, but see my later post) 10. 11. Please God no: 12. Unfortunately, it's probably going to end up being between those last two Edited January 4, 2017 by oochymp
Packers Dynasty 2010 116 Posted January 3, 2017 (edited) Obvious choice: 1. After them, I'll root for: 2. 3. 4. Indifferent on: 5. 6. Rather not have them win it: 7. 8. Fuck these teams: 9. 10. 11. 12. Edited January 3, 2017 by Packers Dynasty 2010

Vin+ 3,121 Posted January 3, 2017 (edited) Tier Tier (shouldn't be allowed to win with a backup QB) (shouldn't be allowed to win with a 3rd stringer at QB) (shouldn't be allowed to win with Osweiler. Maybe in the future, but not this season) (shouldn't be allowed to win with a rookie QB. should be in the next tier, but it's acceptable if they win against the Pats) Tier Edited January 3, 2017 by Vin

Zack_of_Steel+ 3,014 Posted January 4, 2017 Duh: 1. Tomlin sucks, so I guess I'll root for these guys:2. - Mara family and Eli>>>>>Peyton3. - Pete and I love their style of defense. Fuck Wilson, though.4. - I disliked Rogers at first, but I respect his game and it would make the Steelers' loss look better.5. - They've sucked forever and I like Carr. If he weren't hurt I'd have them at #2.6. - I lived in KC when I was little, so they've always been my "#2" team. That being said, I loathe Andy Reid and Alex Smith sucks.7. - Brock can eat shit, but I like the franchise and wouldn't really care. Meh, whatever:8. - Stafford is someone I don't really believe in and Jim Caldwell is a walking joke.9. - As much as I dislike their fans, Elliot, and a rookie QB making noise, their OL is sweet and I like them more than the remaining teams. Fuck that: 10. - I hate Tannehill, Suh, and basically everything about the guys in charge.11. - Matt Ryan is such a fucking wannabe-Peyton cunt. The NFL is rigged and nobody will convince me otherwise. Phil Elliot is on the right track:12.

oochymp 2,393 Posted January 4, 2017 ya know, I may need to move Dallas up, I forgot how hilarious it would be if the Cowboys won the Super Bowl with Tony Romo on the bench
seanbrock 1,684 Posted January 5, 2017 (edited) Imagine this scenario. Cholly who was the worst Falcons fan ever abandons his team for the Raiders who for once look good and Derek Carr breaks his leg only for Matt Ryan and the Falcons to win the Super Bowl. Oh man that'd be great. ha Edited January 5, 2017 by seanbrock 1
BC 331 Posted January 5, 2017 (edited) Obviously I ultimately want us but if not Would be very cool. The offensive monsters of Ben, Brown and Bell are all guys who's styles I love and personally think are really fun to watch rack up a ton of points, especially if they do it against some of the teams I dislike, and most of the rest of the teams I strongly dislike. Here are my most dreaded nightmare SB Champions, and unfortunately one of them will probably win it: There is just far too much evil within these franchises, be it their histories of far too much luck and success, paired with chippy bullshit attitudes of being above the law, way too fond of themselves, or in Green Bay's case just annoying always-trying-to-get-in-our way crap. Choke hard, please. Teams I would prefer not to win: I'm just not ready to get used to these teams being elite. They do not possess talent or playmakers that I respect. I wouldn't mind the Raiders if they still had Derek Carr. But it would just feel as though something is wrong with the NFL if any of these guys win. The Texans and Lions are supposed to be those teams that just sneak in to the playoffs and then get bounced in round 1. Indifferent / won't get excited if they win but won't be sour either: At the very least, these teams all have a player or two minimum that I really enjoy watching make big plays (Julio, Odell, Ajayi, Marcus Peters Travis Kelce) I would be able to appreciate an image of those particular guys holding up the trophy. Thanatos 2,847 Posted January 5, 2017 (edited) Will actively pull for these teams: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) I'm okay with this: 8) 9) 10) No. Just no. 11) 12) It is a measure of how much I despise Seattle that despite Atlanta being a division rival, and despite the fact that if the Failcons win, Carolina will be the only team in the NFC South without a Lombardi, I still would rather see Atlanta win it than the Hawks. Fuck the Hawks. Edited January 5, 2017 by Thanatos

Thanatos 2,847 Posted January 6, 2017 How could any of you bear to see Dallas win a super bowl? I hope they never win another game. Lol Because 1) They're not a divisional rival for me like they are for you and 2) the idea of the Cowboys finally winning another Superbowl after benching Tony Romo is too hilarious for words. SteVo+ 3,702 Posted January 6, 2017 I will say this about Dallas winning, as much as it would pain be... From a football standpoint, it would be good for the NFL. Why, you ask? Well, remember when everyone was clamoring for the Cowboys to fire Jason Garrett? They stayed patient. Remember when they kept drafting boring offensive linemen in the 1st round and everyone wondered what they were doing? Yes, they got insanely lucky with Prescott, but the Cowboys (and Raiders, too) are proof that patience can pay off in the NFL. 1
