Vin+ 3,121 Posted March 11, 2017 Probably the best signing of all FA. Panthers signed DE Julius Peppers to a one-year, $3.5 million contract. The move was widely expected and it should give Peppers a chance to finish his career where it started. Peppers was one of the best pass-rushers in football during his previous stint with Carolina. Peppers may not be quite at that elite level anymore, but he still provided 7.5 sacks last season.
