And as we established with Deflate Gate, you can indeed suspend someone without evidence. The NFL is not a court of law, I don't know why you keep trying to use that analogy. They don't need proof beyond any reasonable doubt, they just need some sort of evidence that something shady was going on. Which they have.

 

He's going to get suspended, this might push it all the way to next year, but he will be suspended.

Best case scenario for the Cowboys / Zeke, I think... Is if the Cowboys kinda suck and are either borderline or out of playoff contention and then they push it through the courts and he does his time when Dallas has some relatively meaningless games.

Because as is.. say they push it back an entire year.. You go through this same thing next season and Zeke misses the first 6 games. That doesn't really help. Unless by some miracle it gets thrown out or something... don't know how that would happen though.

Hey I think Zeke is a piece of shit, too. I think he deserves to be out of the league, but that doesn't mean he can be punished without sufficient evidence. And it's already been established that the girl tried to set him up.
