BwareDWare94 723 Posted November 13, 2017 Player protests. Owners making stupid comments. Players getting arrested for domestic violence. Zeke. Sean Smith. Et cetera.Forget it all for this moment. Watch this young man become overwhelmed by joy and gratitude. Watch Teddy Bridgewater be a human being and not just a football player. I have been outspoken about my thoughts on Bridgewater as a starting quarterback in this league. That is based on what I have seen thus far in his career. Let me clarify something else, though. I very, very much want to see Teddy Bridgewater succeed in this league. His high-level character. His leadership. His willingness to be around the team during his recovery. This guy is a team player to a T. A class act in an age where they don't seem to be all that common. I hope that, if the Vikings proceed with him as their starter,I am wrong about his ceiling. Because as an individual, Teddy Bridgewater deserves the greatness he seeks. Forget team alliances for a minute, gentlemen. As high level football fans, high football IQ fans, fans who are more invested than most, fans who love the game dearly. Stand with all of us Vikings fans and enjoy this moment to its fullest.

Barracuda 629 Posted November 13, 2017 Was trying to find the emote with the purple dude waving the rainbow flag but it seems to have been removed.
BJORN 679 Posted November 13, 2017 Much credit to Bridgewater, he worked his butt off to get back on the field and over come that horrific injury. Very happy for him. Can't wait to see him start again.
Cherry 1,302 Posted November 13, 2017 I don't know a single person who isn't rooting for Bridgewater. Dude is a great guy and had one of the hardest recoveries we've ever seen. Great to see him back in uniform.
OSUViking 505 Posted November 13, 2017 (edited) Teddy's my dude. If I ever met him in person I'm sure I'd gush over him. He'd probably be able to make me swoon. I'm only partially kidding, for the record. I'm hoping I'm right and that our starter goes down in the playoffs and Teddy leads us on one of the most glorious SB runs in history. Edit: ^to clarify, I hope I'm right about a prediction I made in the preseason predictions thread Edited November 13, 2017 by OSUViking
