Vin+ 3,121 Posted March 16, 2018 Vikings signed DT Sheldon Richardson, formerly of the Seahawks, to a one-year contract. Obviously this is a huge get for the Vikings, who already made a splash by signing Kirk Cousins to a three-year deal earlier this week. Richardson was phenomenal last year in his lone season with Seattle, taking home PFF's No. 10 pass-rushing grade among defensive tackles. The Seahawks wanted him back but the allure of joining a legitimate Super Bowl contender in Minnesota was too much to overcome. With Richardson off to the Land of 10,000 Lakes, the Seahawks will turn their attention to ex-Vikings DT Tom Johnson, who is slated for a visit next week.
