Vin+ 3,121 Posted July 19, 2018 Former Jets, Bucs, Patriots, and Chiefs CB Darrelle Revis announced his retirement from the NFL after 11 seasons. The former No. 14 overall pick in the 2007 draft, Revis was a seven-time Pro Bowl selection and four-time first-team All-Pro pick. Revis turned 33 last weekend and spent eight seasons with the Jets across two stints and spent one each with the Bucs, Patriots, and Chiefs, winning Super Bowl 49 with New England. Revis picked off 29 career passes, but quarterbacks were so afraid to throw at "Revis Island" during his initial six-year stint with the Jets. He's a lock for the Hall of Fame and will likely see his name in the Jets' Ring of Honor. Source: Darrelle Revis on Instagram
