    Which team has the best chance to go from last place to first place in their division?

     

    I am going with the Chiefs. They have a division in which no one team really stands out to take it, they will be getting a lot of guys back who were hurt last year and have a new HC who I like in Romeo Crennel.

    I said Bucs, cause Freeman is a quality qb, now has Vincent Jackson, better o-line, and a great young coaching staff.

    Lmao, I've already made my point, and the reason I posted what I just did is cause when you get all that neg from one person, after making pretty solid statements about why I feel Eli is better, and it's not b/c I'm a G-Man fan, but b/c of the results that he's shown me. Before 2007 I honestly thought the Giants made a horrible decision giving up what they did for Eli, but after 2 SB's, and 2 SB MVP's, 2 pro-bowls, and argubally his best season yet, I have reasons for my optimism

Still back to what we were originally talking about before fat boy came to your defense I would take Eli over both Ben and Rivers, neither would have won it all in the situations that Eli was in 2007 and 2011

    Like how the woman knew his exact weight and height down to the pound and inch when she reported it. Almost as if she had looked it up prior to the "incident."

    Blah, as previously said, my opinion is my opinion... if he was innocent the NFL wouldn't have suspended him for his 2nd incident... btw, great cover up for Ben to get married like a year after that, lol.

    There are plenty of ring-less QBs out there who could have won Super Bowls with Eli's two Giant teams. Rivers is one of them. Romo is another. You could even throw Matt Schaub into that conversation, and I'm sure I'm missing more.

     

    I'm not saying if you swap Eli and these QBs that it would have happened, but I'd still bet on it. The Giants have had great teams, just like every other Super Bowl winner. It's not all Eli, by any means.

     

    I'll still take Eli as of right now, but if he goes back to his ELI-NT ways, I may switch to Rivers.

Yes, the Giants have had great teams, BUT the Giants don't win any of those Super Bowl's without Eli as QB, in 2007 Eli masterfully won the game against your Cowboys, and Brett Favre's Packers in sub -20 weather, then beat the undefeated Pats, and this playoffs we basically shutout the Falcons, beat the defending SB champs, and beat the Pats again. If Rivers were the QB I can guarentee neither of those 2 would've happened

    How is Rivers getting worse and Eli getting better? Because of one season? Have you taken the time to compare their stats the year previous to this one?

     

    Hell, have you taken the time to even compare them this season? Rivers second worst season as a starter in his career wasnt all that far worse the Eli's 2 best years as a starter.

    I stated my comment based on composure, post-season, health, and if I were a GM and had to pick a QB based on recent seasons, I would take Eli not only over Rivers but over the rapist Ben aswell. Just my opinion, it's def. ok if you do not agree, lol.

    So was having a discussion with some buddies this weekend, mostly Jet fans mind you, and figured Id get all your takes.

    Um, are you serious??? Eli in a heartbeat. 2 SB's, 2 SB MVP's, had almost 5,000 yards last year, and is only getting better, while it seems like Rivers is getting worse, and can't stay healthy. IMO I take Eli over Ben too

    The fact that there are two different groups for repping ppl alone says it all. There are people here that clearly care a little too much about it..and then there are those like myself who could care less. The actions made by the staff wouldn't of even been thought of if people just grew a pair and didn't treat rep like a personal strike against themselves.

    Even though the Giants picked up Bennett from Dallas I still fully expect for the Giants to pick him up at the 32nd pick in the 1st round. Beckum has acl issues now, and Ballard not only has an acl issue, but also just had micro-fracture surgery to repair his knee. He's not coming back anytime soon, possibly will miss all of this season. Jerry Reese isn't dumb, and will not let this guy slide by us unless he's drafted earlier. We don't even know if Bennett will even pan out, so if the Giants pass by Coby, I will be upset :censored:
