Women reporters on the sidelines and in locker rooms. Who else feels they shouldnt be there.
Wacko4Flacco61 replied to Wacko4Flacco61's topic in General NFL Talk
If i owned the Ravens,,I make security do their jobs when a female reporter wants to enter Ravens locker room its his job to tell her youre not authorized to enter. Even you have a pass you still cant go in.But if she resists the Baltimore PD officer makes an arrest for trespassing. -

Theyre OK!! But Men reporters should interview women in locker rooms of LPGA,Wimbledon and U.S Open tennis events. -

Then why men arent allowed in Womens locker rooms during Wimbledon and U.S Open tennis events? And why men arent allowed in Womens locker rooms during LPGA golf events? Fair is fair!! If Men arent allowed in Womens locker rooms during those events then Women shouldnt be allowed in MLB,NFL,NBA and NHL Locker rooms. -
What im in favor of 25 second play clock. But play clock starts when chains yard marker and ball set. All those 3 things in place for next play the ref blows whistle arm winding clockwise to start the play clock. So this way the Offense cant just sit on the ball run the clock out on all 3 knee downs. So if you knee down 2 minutes after 2 minute warning its not enough to run it out,Or youre on 2nd down after 2 minute warning isnt enough you give the other team a chance to come back on a miracle play. So your best bet is to do something with the ball run time off the clock like QB dances scrambles to take time off the clock. This rule i like to see changed.

Look at the CFL how often do they sit on the ball and run clock out? -

Then do it the old fashion way tell a player a play on the sideline and then the other player comes in for next play. Thats the way they used to do in college. the old 30 second clock is used for running out the clock. The 25 second clock you cant just sit on the ball and run clock out you have to run the ball. By running the ball is risky then sitting on it is safer. Im sorry fans are tired of players taking the easy way out for a win. Look at Baseball,,Theres no easy way out the secure the win you must make your pitches in order to finish the game. In Football you must protect the ball and your lead. Not taking the easy way out for a win. -

Draft day should be cancelled until the lockout is settled.

I think they should cancell the draft. Why draft someone if theyre not gonna play? Thats like telling the government,,Well youre shutdown thats means i cant report for duty.- 10 replies

QBs have headsets to get the play called from the coach. All thry have to do is Run down the field with players quick huddle and then get the play started. It can be done with pratice. They dont need to spend a minute calling a play in the huddle. -
Bad news my fellow Steelers fans. I voted for Hines Ward. And i also voted for that Dog Killer Vick. :grinno:

When Zbikowski gets a serious concussion youll know what im talking about. Boxing is a very dangerous sport. I suggest you look at Muhammad Ali now. He cant talk and his head and hands are shaking all the time. Boxing punished Ali big time. -

You miss the expaintion of the rule change. I said play clock cannot start until the chains,Ball Marker and Ball is placed and set for next down. Like look at the rule in College ball when you throw a 1st down clocks cannot start until the chains,Ball Marker and Ball is placed. But my idea is only play clock cannot start until the chains,Ball Marker and Ball is placed but the game clock keeps rolling unless you step out of bounds. -
For Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott, the possibilities are endless in his quest to make his league more relevant nationally. That's why Scott has given thought to playing some of his league's games on Sundays this fall should the NFL season not be played because of labor strife. "We certainly are monitoring the situation," Scott said. "We have no plans in place at this time, but you want to be prepared and consider all options. Still, these labor situations have a way of getting done the closer they get to a critical situation." Should the NFL's labor unrest push into the season, it would create a big void on the nation's TV airwaves. Fox, CBS, NBC and ESPN carry NFL games, with Fox and CBS carrying the bulk of the action. What type of programming would those networks run if the NFL wasn't in action? John Ourand, media reporter for SportsBusiness Daily, doesn't think the networks will have an issue filling the time. http://collegefootball.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1205409 I think its a Bad idea. IF NFL season is Locked out we got the CFL!! So why not TV Networks televise the CFL? And see if CFL Commisioner would try a game on Monday Night?

The unfortunate case of Dez Bryant and excessively droopy pants Dez Bryant(notes) made headlines Tuesday night after police were called to intervene in a dispute over the fit of his pants, or, depending on who you believe, the fit of his friends' pants. Someone's pants were deemed too low by whoever is in charge of pants policy at the North Park mall in Dallas. Here's the Dallas PD's side of the story: Desmond Bryant(notes) was issued a criminal trespass warning by representatives of NorthPark Center when he began using profanity after he and his companions were requested to pull their pants up by Dallas Police officers working off-duty at the scene so as to not expose their underwear and buttocks to other patrons of the center. This action is not a violation of law and officers would have taken no official police action. Mr. Bryant's response to the request was profanity laced [as in, per the police report, "What the [expletive], you stopped me like I stole something!"], and center representatives felt the outburst merited a request for Mr. Bryant to leave the premises. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/blog/shutdown_corner/post/The-unfortunate-case-of-Dez-Bryant-and-excessive?urn=nfl-wp505 He should sue the City and the Owner of the mall. Ill even bet you he will take this all the way to the U.S Supreme Court on Several Violations including civil rights violations.

Well he better learn how to speed calling audibles. Or call audibles as soon he races to the line of scrimmage.
