    The unfortunate case of Dez Bryant and excessively droopy pants

     

    Dez Bryant(notes) made headlines Tuesday night after police were called to intervene in a dispute over the fit of his pants, or, depending on who you believe, the fit of his friends' pants. Someone's pants were deemed too low by whoever is in charge of pants policy at the North Park mall in Dallas.

     

    Here's the Dallas PD's side of the story:

     

    Desmond Bryant(notes) was issued a criminal trespass warning by representatives of NorthPark Center when he began using profanity after he and his companions were requested to pull their pants up by Dallas Police officers working off-duty at the scene so as to not expose their underwear and buttocks to other patrons of the center. This action is not a violation of law and officers would have taken no official police action. Mr. Bryant's response to the request was profanity laced [as in, per the police report, "What the [expletive], you stopped me like I stole something!"], and center representatives felt the outburst merited a request for Mr. Bryant to leave the premises.

    He should sue the City and the Owner of the mall. Ill even bet you he will take this all the way to the U.S Supreme Court on Several Violations including civil rights violations.

    Hey Steelers fans just to let you know i voted for Hines Ward and Voted against Ray Rice. As a Ravens fan i dont want to see a Curse on Ray Rice. So if Hines Ward wins its gonna be YIKES on Steelers fans :p

    The Titans were stolen from Houston,, The Jags were robbed from Baltimore by Paul Taglubue who wouldnt allow a team in Baltimore in the exapansion. So we had to steal a team from Cleveland. The same reason Indy stole our Colts first.

    Hes like an NFL Professor to us. He shows us the games and explains it to us. Like i think his best show was about Vince Lombardi. When i watch sabol telling us about Lombardi i know how his mind and system really works. In Lombardi's words ""Winning isnt everying but its the only thing" In Other words losing is not an opiton

    MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. (AP) — NFL Films president Steve Sabol will undergo radiation and chemotherapy treatment after doctors discovered a tumor on the left side of his brain.

     

    NFL.com cites an NFL Films statement Friday about the 68-year-old Sabol, who was hospitalized March 5 in Kansas City, Mo., after suffering a seizure.

     

    "(Sabol) will begin treatments soon," the company's statement said. "Steve is in good spirits and is deeply appreciative of everyone's good wishes."

     

    Sabol has worked with NFL Films since 1964. His father, Ed, was elected on the day before the Super Bowl last month to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.

    I see your point. However, the Browns-Steelers rivarly has cooled off and became mostly one-sided. I'm just glad that we still have some competition in the North.

    Well you can face the Colts as competition in the North. Look at the Map. How far is it from Indianapolis to Cincy,Cleveland and Pittsburgh? Theyre in the right geographical areas. And Indy and Steelers fans can help selling out Bengals games

    Hey man,,I only wish Ravens and Titans were our rivals instead of Steelers. I really dont like Ravens in AFCN divison. We should trade places with the Colts. Colts belong in AFCN. Ravens belong in AFCS. Why this rival? Billick started it way way back when he hates Jeff Fisher. I dont like him nether so.
