He only has a couple years left in the league, he better show us and the Browns this ability pretty soon.
This a million times this. Even if he learned Norv Turners offense, by all accounts he has struggled with it, he needs to catch on quick. At 30 years old, he doesn't have the time or the patience of the fans to struggle and improve.

Welcome to the board. Lot's of fun to be had here, stick around and participate in the discussions. Would love to hear your take and we need more Panther fans aboard, especially hardcore fans.

My main focus will be on weaknesses that the Browns currently have. This is assuming those positions will still be a point of weakness.
- Tre Boston - FS, North Carolina
- Ha'Sean "Haha" Clinton-Dix, S, Alabama - Position of need and his nickname, HaHa Dix? I'll take it.
- CJ Barnett, FS, tOSU - Homer, just want to see how he handles himself this year.
- Jadeveon Clowney, DE, South Carolina - Not a position of weakness, but I'd take him in a heartbeat.
- Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Louisville - Even if Weeden impresses this year, what is his longevity in the NFL? He's 30 and will be in his 2nd year. By time he really gets set, he'll be on the downswing of his career.
- Tajh Boyd, QB, Clemson - Small with a big accurate arm, resembles Russell Wilson.
- Bradley Roby, CB, Ohio State - We need someone opposite of Haden. If our picks do not impress, we might want to look at Roby. Fast and has great instincts.
- Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, CB, Oregon. - Another guy with great instincts and speed. Hopefully he continues to improve at his position and is NFL draft ready for 2014.

I don't like emo Ngata.
I didn't nominate you not because I don't think you're a great member—you're one of my favorites—but because you're still relatively "new".
You didn't nominate me at all, and for that I love you .

Lol. Hopefully that's better to look at.
Much easier. Great idea. I've invited some to the forums from the Browns forums, they don't seem to stick around long. I've also invited some folks from Reddit.

I think that last pic is tights, but it's amazing regardless. Holy shit is that sexy.

It's impossible to compare or try to evaluate how historically great players would fit into todays NFL.
Yes, there are bigger, faster players today - but with that comes the enhancements in workout regiments and supplements Those guys back in the day would likely be bigger and faster as well and combine that with their natural gifts, they could just as easily be freaks in this era of football.
Crash, you deleted posts and for that you fail.

Then I must ask...
Toss up between BB King and Jimi Hendrix.

^ Duane Allman is probably #2 on the list of my favorite guitarist of all-time. He left us way too early.
Crazy fact: The Allman Brothers band lost Duane Allman & Berry Oakley only 1 year apart from each other, both as a result of motorcycle accidents which happened only 3 blocks from each other. Very sad.

Let's go AFCN - we can do this! 5 more arrest to take the Crown. Do your thang, Bengals.

I'm a huge Superman fan and absolutely loved most of the MoS. I was very much disappointed in the casting of Amy Adams as Lois Lane - her scenes were forced and seemed very contrived. I didn't feel that chemistry that should have been there.
Shit even the LL in the Christopher Reeves flicks was better, and I hated her. Those camera effects every time they showed her face is annoying as fuck. Soften and blur to get some innocent look. -Sorry, small rant on the 70s-80s Supe films.

Somewhat surprised there's never been a thread for this before, but since everyone thinks they have the best ringtone ever, let's hear it.
My primary ringtone:
I had that CTU ringtone forever on my old cells. If you have a Cisco 7960s handset on your desktop at work, you'll have that same ringtone available.

Ring tone: Shipping up to Boston. 0:06-0:028
Text tone: R2-D2 chirping.

Any backfield with Craig "Ironhead" Heyward.
RIP, Ironhead.

NaTaS...how about Jim Brown and Ernie Green? Brown 6-2 230lb, Green 6-2 205lb. Two big backs..Green was a really good runner and receiver, a superb blocker and opened up a lot of holes for Brown! And Brown, Jeez..he just bulldozed his way through defenses, hell opposing defenses were getting injured just trying to tackle this guy. You either gang tackle him or else your not bringing him down...
I didn't want the homer pick, but you're absolutely right. In those days, JB could run around you or run through you.

Jerome Bettis and Chris Fuamatu-Ma'afala have to be mentioned. 5'11"/252 and 6'0"/252, respectively.
Damn, I came back to this topic this afternoon to mention The Bus and Chris Fuamatu-Ma'afala. The Bus was so damn hard to pull down. He would wear out the D and when you brought in Fuamatu-Ma'afala it was just unfair.

How about Earl Campbell. By himself.
That works. I was looking at tandems, but it doesn't necessarily have to be.
-
I was thinking about this while playing some Tecmo Bowl and played with KC. At one time they had Christian Okoye and Word. Pretty damn hard hitting backfield tandem. Dolphins had Larry Csonka and Mercury Morris.
Not looking for the best tandem, just the hardest hitting or punishing backfield.

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Patriots ProShop will offer a free jersey exchange of any #81 Hernandez jersey purchased at the Patriots ProShop or online at PatriotsProShop.com for a new Patriots jersey of comparable value. The free jersey exchange will be available exclusively at the Patriots ProShop the weekend of Saturday, July 6 and Sunday, July 7.“We know that children love wearing their Patriots jerseys, but may not understand why parents don’t want them wearing their Hernandez jerseys anymore,” said New England Patriots spokesperson Stacey James. “We hope this opportunity to exchange those jerseys at the Patriots ProShop for another player’s jersey will be well received by parents.”
This opportunity for a free exchange of jerseys is limited to the weekend of July 6-7 and is available only at the Patriots ProShop located at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass. The hours of operation are from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 6 and from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 7. The exchange is for jerseys available in the Patriots ProShop only and is limited to one per person.
Classy move, Pats.

1 and 6 would have me shitting my pants as an adult. I think I'd lose it and scream like a girl and run around in circles outside my house.
