Meh. Both of those teams have watched Rogers for the last 5 years, they now he is only a slightly above average cover CB. Teams need CBs to create turnovers, rogers will NEVER do that. Ever.

I still see only Asamougha being the big name player that we will sign. As of right now, I still feel as though McNabb will be back in the B&G. The only people who have been talking about him leaving has been the media. I have heard nothing from Shanahan or Allen even close to saying McNabb is done in DC.

Some of my earliest WWF(E) memories were of him fighting Hogan and Steamboat. He is never going to be forgotten.

I listen to country music almost exclusively, so seeing the country kids in the finals is not the end of the world. My problem is that those two have nothing distinctive about their voices that makes them stand above the rest of the country music crowd. At least with Haley, regardless of the style she chooses (I think jazz is her best fit) her voice was different to the point that if you hear her on the radio, you will know her.

It fucking figures that when Haley finally does NOT deserve to go home, she does. Its all good, I can almost see her having a better career than any of them.

That has been my mindset all along. The man had one season in which to learn a new offense that was a bit different from the one he used for 11 years. More than one season is required to grasp a new system, especially for a QB.

I agree with both you 100%. I don't think that Rogers is going to leave DC unless the Redskins sign Asomougha. While it helps if for team mates to get along, it is not a requirement for a team to succeed.

LA Noire. My immediate thought was "These faces are fucking creepily realistic". The game is actually quite gorgeous and they seem to have captured what I would expect 1940's LA perfectly. I love film noire and old school pulp fiction novels, so this game really seems to have a shit ton of potential.

I would definitely watch it.

I have been contemplating writing an article, but I am definitely not a journalist. I am much more of a creative writer, seeing as that was my focus in college. I guess that would actually add a nice touch to a sport article...I guess I will get to writing. Who do I PM the result to?

The waiting game. LA Noire comes out at midnight Monday, and i have been looking forward to it since Rockstar debuted it back at teh PS3 launch (when it was a PS3 exclusive). This may mark only the second time I have ever bought a game at midnight on launch day (Fable II being the first).

He is coming off his most productive season, and he obviously is suited for the WCO, why would the Redskins part ways with him? He will almost definitely be back in the burgundy and gold next year, even if only more as a mentor to the youg guys.

If it happens ( I honestly think that Matt Hasselbeck is more likely, not that I want him), the Redskins won't sign him to more than a 3 year deal, just to test him out in the offense. It won't be unlike the weird ass deal that McNabb signed. Regardless of what people keep saying, this is NOT the same Redskins FO of the last 10 years. Look at the draft; what happened there? Did they trade all of their picks in order to move up and grab a big-name player? Nope. They traded DOWN and got a ton more picks. How is that even close to "the same old Redskins". It is true that free agency hasn't started yet, but if you look at last season, what major splash did they make?

Agreed completely. The idiots in DC did not fire a single damn shot in Pakistan. They deserve little to no credit for bin Laden's death.
