I hope one day Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks will be an option on this poll. Both made well over 1,000 yards catching, with Cruz's 1st real year breaking every NY Giants WR records, and the huge gorilla hands of Nicks. I think another 5 years of this kind of production it will def. be debateable. Especially if we grab another SB or 2 in the next 5 years :beerchug2:

Wow, I forgot about Bruce! Well maybe Molden or Tryon can move positions to safety... They will def be playing special teams. We made Ross a hybrid corner/safety, and the coaching staff is very good at teaching these young guys. Remember Moldin is still very young. Also, there may be a small chance we resign Deon Grant. He's testing FA, but nobody's signed him. If we can get Grant, and possibly Blackburn back, then the draft can be mainly focused on OL, RB, and TE. I still like that TE from Stanford in the 1st round. Only thing we might need on defense is DL depth, and maybe a sleeper DE to kee[p the Nascar package going in case we lose Osi, and Kiwi will probably revert to DE to give Tuck and JPP rest

I have a feeling we got him for depth, and sub packages because there's no way he starts over Cory Webster or Terrel Thomas, plus there's also Prince back there, so I wouldn't doubt he may have to learn safety and play special teams to get on the field. We'll see, Perry Fewell likes to be trickey when it comes to his line-ups, one thing I know is if healthy, and he performs, he will see the field.

We gave up the last pick of the 5th round which is basically a 6th rounder, which is ok, because we were given an extra 4th rounder for something, can't think of it, but with that extra 4th rounder I don't mind giving up a last 5th round pick. I hope so too, so David Deihl can stay where he's more natural at. The guy looks like a big beast, so hopeing both these guys stay healthy.

Yeah, I know he's injury prone, but maybe now he's with a true contender team, with a defense with several leaders and mentors to guide him in the right way. None of his injuries are big concerns like acl's or any other re-accuring injuries. So as many would say, low risk, high reward possibilty :beerchug2:

My personal opinion is they shouldn't be able to go from a good coach, to a soon to be hall of fame coach, in a year when the team is getting punished. They should have to hire internally in my honest opinion. What do you guys think?

Me too... going from one Manning to another shouldn't be too hard, and he wouldn't get a big contract, cause he's coming off 2 injury filled seasons, and it gives him another oppertunity to win another Super Bowl.

There's a lot of speculation that the Texans are interested, cause of the track record for Shaub, and Peyton has said he would prefer not to go to the NFC, due to the fact that his lil bro is in the NFC, and the thought of a Manning Super Bowl is in the back of both of thier minds. Don't rule out the Texans, cause they have the line, rb, and wr's that would make Manning happy, plus he would play the team that dumped him twice a year. It makes sense, just think about it. You don't even know if Shaub is healthy yet

Quarterback Mark Sanchez agreed to a three-year contract extension with the New York Jets on Friday night, meaning he's signed through 2016. He had two years remaining on his rookie deal. Jets general manager Mike Tannenbaum said they were in negotiations for "several weeks." Obviously, it means the Jets are out of the Peyton Manning sweepstakes. Tannenbaum confirmed they expressed interest in Manning, but he refused to say what extent they were interested.
