  1. I think Siemian looked a bit better than he did in week 1. His average was up a bit, and he moved the team really well on a few of the drives. He does need to see the CB breaking on the ball on the INT, that was an easy pick-6 if Butler doesn't blow a tire. I think he will, but I blame some of that on the predictability of Garyball... that was a film room turnover 100%.

This is what I like about Trevor Harambe:

The thing that impresses me is the consistency. His throwing motion, release, even the damn spiral is almost perfect everytime. Every time he throws. Like Razor said, the mental aspect of the game has a ways to go. The guy only played like 14 games in college and now 2 at the pro-level. At any rate, it's a fuck of a lot better than Peyton Manning last year already :badass:

  2. Initially I wanted to pick the Bengals, because of an edge on defense, and their relative ability to contain AB. BUT it is POURING in Pittsburgh, and that field is gonna be absolute shit by halftime. I think it plays heavily in Pitt's favor.

    :Steelers: 24

    :Bengals: 20

  3. If the Giants don't score upwards of 35 i'll be shocked. The Saints wouldn't be able to cover just OBJ... but now you got OBJ, Cruz, and Shep? gtfo. Brees and Cooks will definitely get theirs tho.

    :Giants: 42

    :Saints: 33

  4. I honestly think Alshon and Kevin White are gonna go ham on that iggles secondary. Hopefully it turns into a shootout. Kind of want to see Wentz play from a score or two behind, for science.

    :Bears: 35

    :Eagles: 24

  5. Luck is going to get his shit kicked in, but somehow still put up like 300 yards cus he does that. I think we can score a good many points in this one, relative to what our offense has produced the last year or so. DT needs to play for Harambe to have the best chance of doing his part in that.

    :Colts: 18

    :Broncos: 30

  6. I understand and agree that Cam took some bad hits and there should be an uproar about it. The NFL needs to call these things with consistency. At some point though, Cam does need to be responsible for his own health. He runs recklessly, he puts hit head down at the end of runs. He can't have it both ways complaining about getting hit in the head, and then putting his head down on runs. You can't play physical and not expect to be hit back.

  7. Atwater probably won't get in, TD won't get in, and honestly I'd be shocked if Nalen got in. Randy Gradishar has an argument for best LBer to ever play, and he won't get in, even as a senior vote. Pat Bowlen's owner numbers destroy Jerry Jones, but he didn't even get nominated. The HoF has a long history of bias against the small-market Broncos, and I don't expect it to end any time soon.

  8.

Did you watch Goff? He was getting lit up due to terrible O-line. When he had more than two seconds in the pocket he was making good throws and going through progressions pretty well. Playing like dog shit in the preseason is doing what Hackenberg did. Playing average is what Goff did.

McGinnis and Boras both said they were more comfortable with Mannion playing #2  Maybe they were just echoing their head coach, but it looked like Goff couldn't grasp the "hand it to Gurley" playbook.

But because it's LA now, he'll start too soon and get rekt and ruin his development. He won't play worse than Keenum, but Keenum was literally the worst QB in week 1. If they get killed again on Sunday, they'll probably put Goff in. Unless he's a healthy scratch again.

  9. Javad using D-Jam for his revenge plot..

I'm not sure I understand what the unhappy players are planning to do. Strike? Tell Harden they're not going to play or something? Try to get him fired? I was kinda right in saying that Harden wont' be able to embrace being an offensive team.

The next chapter will be uncomfortable.
