Steelers @ Raiders

Recommended Posts

The Raiders have not lost at home to the Steelers since 1995 and are 10-5 at home versus the Steelers all-time (regular season and playoffs). The last time these teams met, Pittsburgh won a 38-35 thriller --Antonio Brown had 284 receiving yards -- on a Chris Boswell field goal with two seconds left.

The Steelers fell to the Chargers at home, 33-30, after leading 23-7 at halftime. Pittsburgh had a 219-0-2 all-time record when leading by 14 points at home. The Steelers have lost back-to-back games for the first time since Week 10 of 2016.

The Raiders have an NFL-worst -147 point differential this season and have finished with the NFL's worst differential in four different seasons, most recently in 2014. Oakland is 2-10 over the past two seasons against opponents with a winning record, the third-worst record in the league.

Pittsburgh leads the NFL in red zone efficiency this season, scoring a touchdown on 77.8 percent of its trips. The Raiders have scored a touchdown on each of their last six trips to the red zone -- only the Browns (13) have a longer active streak.

JuJu Smith-Schuster (1104) and Antonio Brown (1028) have combined for 2132 receiving yards, the second-most productive duo in the NFL behind the Chiefs' Tyreek Hill (1119) and Travis Kelce (1082). Brown is coming off his first game of the season with 10+ catches after having six such games last year.

Derek Carr tied a Raiders franchise by recording his seventh consecutive game without throwing an interception (Rich Gannon: 2001). This season, Carr has been the losing quarterback in seven games in which he has not thrown a pick, tied with Aaron Rodgers for the most such losses this season.
