  1. Most of the Democrats in congress are cowards. They'll support medicare for all if they feel not doing so would cost them their seat and if they'd rather take the money, Sanders can help a primary opponent who will. I think at this point it's pretty clear a big majority of democrat voters support medicare for all,  otherwise we wouldn't even be asking this question.

Oh he's done plenty worse. First of all, Dems talk about Trump being accused by women- 24. A lot, to be sure. Bloomberg has been accused by 63.

He's been quoted as telling a pregnant female employee to "just kill it," that it would kill her career to have the child. He got upset when one of his female staff got married, claiming "there goes another one."

The man is utter scum of the earth. I could never bring myself to vote for Trump because Trump is in the same old good ol boys club, but for the sake of our democracy I'd far rather see Trump get 4 more years than have Bloomberg buy a Presidency.

Fortunately I don't think there's any way in hell Bloomberg beats Trump if its get that far because the entire progressive wing will sit at home.

They still have their voters over 50...even though they will never take that demographic from the GOP lol. Money in politics has gotten so bad that the Democrats are actually being paid to lose. The Party leadership wants to PC Republicans, while actively trying to sabotage all the candidates in their party that actually energize people.

That's another reason why ya'll need to reconsider Bernie. Whoelse is even talking about getting money out of politics? We know Trump isn't. For all my libertarian peeps, the GOP does the same thing to you guys. They keep electing people that preach against spending but then vote for record setting, deficit increasing, budgets. All while sabotaging and marginalizing anyone that doesn't drink the kool-aide. Getting Bernie elected could actually help you reach your policy goals faster than he can, his. We could form powerful coalitions on certain issues like foreign policy, like I said before with Sanders in office.  Also remember that Sanders is against the surveilence state and the prosecution of whistle blowers and was on board to audit the Fed.

Btw, all those common goals that libertarian minded people have with Sanders, please know that he could be the best shot you see in your lifetime of accomplishing those common goals. Both parties are firmly in lock step on all of those issues.

I don’t think a lot of moderates care as deeply about voting just to get rid of Trump as you probably believe. Obviously they dislike him, but a lot of people need a candidate that motivates them... gives them hope... Sanders doesn’t do that for those people. Again , that isn’t his fault. Just the way it is.

Lol if moderates actually had a clue they would know that negotiating from the middle is fucking dumb and the GOP and DNC will likely water down (at the least) all of Sanders' policies. What they won't be able to do is stop him from getting out of all those regime change wars because the executice branch runs all of that right now. Haha he might even give war powers back to congress.

  4. What have i been saying all along? Biden isn't leading. I think that much is pretty evident, so that right there tells you the polling is rigged. You don't go from leading to a distant 4th. I know it's one state but that's a big drop in the numbers. Even from the second place 21% he had in Iowa going into it. Bernie Sanders is by FAR the most popular candidate. He has the most money raised by the most people. He has the most volunteers. He has the largest attendance at events. You would have to be a fucking fool to believe this process isn't rigged and if Mayor Pete ends up winning Iowa, we know it's also totally fraudulent. It's time to abandon the Democratic party.

  5. I can't believe we have been doing this since 2010. Holy shit. We should try to compile the 32 teams draft selections since then and see how some of us stack up. I've drafted some hall of famers, some all pro's and pro bowlers and some wtf's but i feel like i'm probably at least somewhat close to thit rate of an NFL team.

Did you watch or read that tweet at all? lol. He isn't talking about himself. He's comparing his own situation  where he worked shit jobs and shifts and saved money to afford sending his daughter to school to that of a friend of his who made more and didn't save who would be bailed out by Warren. I think he is a lot more of a "regular person" than his friend is.

And the bubble may not have burst yet, but you are already seeing some of that. Millennials aren't buying houses is just one example.

I misread the tweet because i was on my way to work that morning lol. I think the good news is we all agree that college is far too expensive. I think it's safe to also say kids should think more about trade school and that it should ve pushed more, which is also a good thing. Here's my thing. Education is an investment in the future. It shouldn't be about fiscal responsibility. The world we live in is changing very fast righe before our eyes. We need to educate our youth so countries like China and India and Russia don't pass us by. How do we prepare for the automation Yang talks about? I think a big component of that is going to have to be education and job training?

How are we going to preserve our environment and our planet? Even if you think global warming is bullshit (lol) there is going to be a lot more people polluting as more of the world reproduces and industrializes. I trust that we all want clean water and clean air. I trust that we all want to mitigate deforrestation and stuff like that.

Of all things we need to be leading in, i would think that education would be very high on the list pretty uncontroverially. Why do we look at k-12 differently than college/tech schools?

Also as far as the student loan bubble popping, the next economic collapse could be the straw the broke the camel's back for wwIII. What do ya'll think is going to happen when the US dollar starts to lose power to a country like say....China. My guess is nothing good.

  7. Lol the price of college has gone up a lot since he went. One thing i will say that conservative minded people have is that the price hike has a lot to do with colleges getting state and federal money handed out like candy. We absolutely have to do something to control the prices before just handing the banks and the colleges billions. 100% of that money or close to it should go to actual education. The text book scam needs to end. It's a complicated issue but this guy and Warren are both fucking clowns. We need to modernize our education system for the 21st century. We need to equip our youth with the skills to lead the way in the world without making them indentured servants.

Wonder what everyone will say when the student loan bubble bursts and nobody 35 and under can afford to buy shit and we turn around and bail out the banks again? Why not bail out regular people for once?

I really don't think this is some big thing. I think she's just a cunt, as Ngata put it. She's not smart enough to be running everything behind the scenes.

She's not that smart and that's not what I'm saying. There is a reason why she was annointed in 2016 though and there is a reason why she and the party hate Sanders.

Hillary is incapable of owning her own faults and still blames Sanders for losing to Trump in the first place. She thought it was her turn to be President and that she had it in the bag and didn't try to run a good campaign.

You're absolutely correct but people like Hillary, Bill, Biden...their purpose is to limit opposition to the corporate/MIC agenda. That's why anyone who takes corporate money is totally unacceptable. Google the democratic leadership council. It isn't a conspiracy theory. It's all out in tge open.

Hillary just came out and said nobody likes Bernie and that she won’t commit to supporting him if he gets the nomination. Lmao.

After he bent the knee and sucked her cock in 2016, you’d think she be a little less of a cunt lmao

    https://www.cnn.com/2020/01/21/politics/hillary-clinton-bernie-sanders-documentary/index.html

Hillary hates everything Bernie stands for. Her and the other "centrist" "third way" Dems represent the conservative takeover of the party. Bill Clinton is the former chair of the DLC (democratic leadership council). They love to say that Bernie ism  a "real" Democrat when they're the ones who weaponize identity politics to push their corporate, imperialistic agenda and people have been eating it up for decades now but they're all terrified because Bernie is winning. Even with the media in their pocket, they're going to have to go to all kinds of crazy measures to cheat him

Bernie apologizes for one of his people saying Biden has a corruption problem.

bernie trying to please everybody is why he will never win.

DNC has kind of cucked him with their rules saying they can kick him out of the party. I don't think he believes a 3rd party can win because of the corrupt election system we have. I say MAKE them kick you out. A 3rd party will have never had a better chance.

I knew Thanatos is an extremely naive, snowflake libtard, but I didn't think he was actually this retarded. Jesus fucking Christ. Wow. I have no words. :yao:

You don't seem to have words for much besides childish insults lol. I'm positive that anyone on this message board (literally anyone) would agree that not only is Than smarter than you, but that he's considerably smarter than you.:yao:

The left hates her because she sticks with her principles and she's anti-war. Both parties are pro-war.

Btw, sean, what do you think about AOC withholding dues from the Dems? And then earlier making the comment that she and Biden wouldn't be in the same political party in any other country?

I think it's about damn time and it makes all the sense in the world. All the energy and all the (non-billionaire) fund raising in the democratic party is coming from Bernie and the Squad and the other true lefties in the party. They have all the power and this is exactly how they can bring about the change we need.

Not to hear the left tell it. She is just another Republican. She is moderate though man. She has left views, but is not a PC, outrage culture pussy.

Tge problem is, there's only one political party. On issues that actually matter, (lol pc pussy culture) Tulsi is pretty damn liberal. That's absolutely one my favorite things abouy her too though. She has no fear. These are the same people who are calling Bernie Sanders a fucking anti-semite. Smears don't have to be rational. She knows that and she weilds the truth and her record like a sledge hammer to smash all of CIA/media lies whenever she's actually given a chance to speak for herself in front of a national audience. I think what makes her so appealing to more conservative minded peeps us that there isn't a lot of double speak or dodging with her. She shoots from the hip and articulates herself well and she doesn't put people down when she disagrees but rather tries to find common ground. I don't agree with everything she says but i know she's not a liar and i know she isn't afraid to make sacrifices. Leaving her position with the DNC and endorsing Sanders could have easily ended her career but she did what she felt was right anyway. That takes balls. She doesn't base her opinions or answer questions asked to her on what's politically conveinient. Everything she says and does is in service of her country. That's amazing to me.
