Went 13-0 in TGP ESPN league. Continuing my dominance from last year. 19 straight wins
Damn that's pretty good Mikey. What's your team look like?
-
Hey, if another member wants to hate on a Philadelphia Eagles player, let them do so.
I'll always commend this type of behavior from our fellow TGP members.
-
To answer your question Mav Chelsea look the best team in the league. Your boys went 3-1 up again Bournemouth and still lost 4-3
Figures you'd answer me literally MINUTES after we lose for the first time since August. I still think we're the best team in the league, but Chelsea are in the best form right now can't deny that.
LOLIVERPOOL
I honestly think Arsenal is the best team though.
Arsenal are very good and I generally like the club (Ozil is one of my favorite players). You'll always be near the top at the end of the season so you can never count Arsenal out.
-
Meh...I'll consider it.

Outside of the TGP Yahoo league, I was in three money leagues this year.
I missed the playoffs in all of them.
-
I must say, I'm pretty shocked Phil won this bet - let alone with 4 weeks remaining in the season. I figured the Panthers wouldn't be as good as last season, but I didn't anticipate this type of regression.

Meh. I may watch an episode to see what it's all about.
I'll be honest, I still watch old DBZ scenes on Youtube when I'm hyping myself up for something (usually gym).

Cowboys for tonight. Rest later.

FWIW the last three years has seen the MVP go to a player on the team with the best record.
-
So the top 4 is what we expected (and what it should be), and the Big Ten has the next three spots:
5) Michigan
6) Wisconsin
7) Penn State
Obviously the burning question is: if Clemson or Washington loses, who gets #4: Michigan or the Wisconsin/Penn State winner? I think it has to be the winner of that championship game. I don't see how you can put 2 teams from the same conference in the Playoff with neither being the conference champion.
I agree with your logic (and I hope you're right), but I don't think the committee will.

@Sarge: Yeah, that's terrible. The opposing team wants the cup awarded to Chape which is a really nice gesture.
@Bangy: LOL. If we're not the best team in the league, who is? Chelsea? We've already beat them. Our schedule has been more difficult than theirs, too. Chelsea are on an impressive run since Conte changed formations and I'd call them the second best team in the league, but they aren't better than Liverpool.
You're foolish enough to keep selling so why not keep buying? Van Dijk is next.
-
Bangy you mad that Liverpool are the best team in the league?
-
So here's the playoff scenario for that final spot. Oh, and let me just say how embarrassing it is that a dude who went MIA in like Week 2 is in the playoffs....
6. Mav - 1408 pts
7. Chern - 1373 pts
8. Zack - 1346 pts
It's fairly simple. Zack and I play each other (figures). The loser of our matchup is eliminated. If Chern wins, it comes down to points total vs winner of Zack/I. If Chern loses, the winner of Zack/I clinches the final spot.
Cherry you want to root for Zack since you're behind me by 35 points.
Good luck Zack and Chern - but not really.
-
Well, they put up a decent fight...
-
I'd love if Chelsea had to play Liverpool again next week and we could bring them back down to Earth.
-
9-6. Come on, Pack.
