Would you work 80-100 hours a week?
NaTaS replied to DonovanMcnabb for H.O.F's topic in The Sideline
I did it in stretches as we rolled out new software to the company. My first 1 year at my currently company it was common place to work 80+ hours a week in months or more stretches. It's not fun and morale becomes very low. The more hours you put in after a certain point affects the rate of attrition. -
BB will have Tebow run one in on the Jets or at least try to. You know he's going to show off.

^ Yep, my beef with vigilante justice gets put on the backseat when it comes to my family - then the gloves come off.

Bunch of new faces posting in this thread, I like it! I reaaaaly wanted Andrew Luck and wished it was the Browns year to pick first. He has such enormous upside. I have to consider how each QB would fit without their current talent and coaching staff around them. Stafford without Megatron? Wilson without that stellar unit? It's between Cam and Luck with Luck getting an edge.

I can see Leach resigning with B-More at their asking price. Full backs are a dying breed. A good blocking one puts another defender in the box, is that some thing you need? Why not utilize a double TE set instead? I guess they work in some offenses, but with the passing area, I think your better off using that extra spot in a more efficient way. Sure you can work in a FB ever once in awhile, but do you need an really good one or a JAG? To dutch: I don't know if T-Rich ran behind a fullback at Alabama, my guess is no. I know Norv used a great FB, Lorenzo Neal, in San Diego. Offenses have evolved since then.

I like the first and last one. Nice work, dawg.

Getting beer poured on you and reacting the way he did is sort of understandable reaction at first glimpse, It is also an immature reaction. He could have handled it much better. If he would have thrown beer back at her, I could dig it. Slapping or punching? Nah.

PS4 vs XBOX One - Summary of Features To Date
NaTaS replied to RANGA's topic in General Entertainment
Both look pretty awesome to me. Proof is in the pudding though. The only thing I don't like about the Xbox is the mandatory Kinect. Going to need to put a piece of tape over the camera. My paranoid self can see MS or NSA watching me through the Kinect device while I jerk off watching My Little Pony on Netflix. -

There needs to be whistleblowing policies in place where it doesn't hurt national security. Bradley Manning is a famous whistleblower, but it should have been to the appropriate parties and not one that puts our troops in harms way.

I love this quote from the movie Dictator with Sasha Baren Cohen: Seems fitting.

I usually despise Pete Prisco, I've had a few twitter debates with him over his hate for the Browns. This article is spot on. Why does everyone think the Jags have to move? Why not a crappier sports city, like Tampa? I don't want to see another sports franchise move, it really sucks - but his point is valid. Jags have a struggling team and a smaller market, yet still manage to get more fans that the 'Phins and Bucs.

Hardest position to play in the NFL besides QB?
NaTaS replied to AllYouNeedIsLovie's topic in General NFL Talk
Cornerback or tackles. -
With how stacked the 49ers and Seahawks are, I could see one of them being a dynasty.

Why not London Bucs? Don't assume Jaguars are moving
NaTaS replied to NaTaS's topic in General NFL Talk
Yeah, agreed 100%. This thread is a little different, instead of directly talking about moving team A to London or LA all the time, Prisco is saying why not Team B or C. Everyone looks at the Jags and sees low attendance, but this article shows they have better turn out than the Dolphins or Bucs. London would be a shit show unless they had their own 32 team in Europe then we could fly our champions to take on their campions. USA would be world champions all the time . -
Rookie CB Hayden Hospitalized; Will Miss Rest of OTAs, but fully expected to be back for TC
NaTaS replied to .AirMcNair.'s topic in AFC
I've had several surgeries and played in college, I know what type of hits he's going to take. He's already had life saving surgery on something that has a 95 percent fatality rate. Is the vein 100% repaired an not weakened after surgery? I wouldn't put all my faith in doctors. I also wouldn't compare someone that doesn't play a high impact sport to a guy like Hayden. He will likely go on to have a solid career, doesn't mean I wouldn't be concerned. As far as surgery goes, I have 3 shoulder surgies, a knee and a gallbladder removal. I've not had to have scar tissue removed, but I understand sometimes it's necessary. -

I hate BB.com, I used to go there frequently but all the broscience and brah shit disgusts me. WTF does BRB mean, aside from be right back?

Since we don't have a decent QB and a historically bad FO, all it's yielded us is a solid oline. It wasn't a sexy pick, we could have had AP, but I doubt he would have had a big impact either. Without a QB, you're going to have a bad time.

Cleveland Browns: Promising young talent on both sides of the ball without a franchise QB. With a new owner, new coaching staff (Ray Horton and Norv Turner have me excited) and the switch to a 3-4 we're sure to improve. Our division is brutal so it's hard to say where we'll finish up. I don't think 6-10 is completely unrealistic.

I'd like to see some stats that show after a major surgery a secondary surgery is needed. And if so, has that ever been done on a world class athlete that is playing in one of the most brutal sports in America? Comparing a major heart surgery to a knee is a bit of a reach. I get where you're coming from, I just don't buy it. I'd be afraid and not for this mans career, but his life.
