Bucs cheerleaders at a Haunted House: Giggity

Fact: taking girls to haunted houses is the best way to experience a girl being all over you. Well sober anyways.

  3. Our youth movement is continuing. It sucks a little more for Sherman, as he was one of the guys hoping to be in the mix down the road. Hopefully this won't set him back too much. Trufant will be gone. He couldve been canned a while ago.

    Made a trade

I went to my own PPR league really quick to look up what these guys have done before. You had Ahmad Bradshaw who has scored the 6th most points (discluding Jahvid Best who will be on IR in about two days) out of all runningbacks. He is right behind your other runningback (Ray RIce) who is 5th. Hakeem Nicks is the 7th best WR, and Stevie Johnson the 10th. So essentially, you gave up the 6th best RB and the 10th best WR for the 7th best WR. How else does this trade affect your team? You still have the 5th best RB, but since you no longer have the #6 runningback, you now open up a starting spot for Felix Jones, who has come in "respectably" at #27 in total points thus far. But... in case you didn't click on Felix Jones' news to see what his injury status is, I will just go ahead and post it for you right now. You claim that Felix Jones isn't a big downgrade from Bradshaw, but not only is he injured and not playing for at least two weeks, you only went from the 6th most productive player to the 27th. Might I add, you didn't bother to grab either one of his handcuffs who, by now, are tucked away on somebody else's roster (Demarco Murray and Tashard Choice). Your WRs right now look very nice. You went from Calvin Johnson (the top dog), Stevie Johnson, and MIles Austin to Calvin Johnson, Hakeem Nicks, and Miles Austin. There were three receivers very solid, and your RB tandem was most certainly the best in your league (you can't do much better than Ahmad Bradshaw and Ray Rice. Next time, take this advice: think about the pros and cons of making a given trade. Look their productivity up. Look your bench over THOROUGHLY, and CHECK INJURY STATUSES to avoid putting your team (which was quite excellent) in a crippled position by making some stupid, dumbass, retarded trade. I hope the guy who you traded the #10 WR and #6 RB to laughs all the way to the championship, because you just traded a huge edge that your team had over everyone else away, and don't deserve to win shit this year.

Center Olin Kreutz Leaving the Saints

It sucks, but man... I would hate to do that and be remembered that way, rather than just be a warrior and stay in there and beast on fools. Years of football must really soften you up.

Dansby Says No to "Suck For Luck"

Let me ask you this, though. What would be the best for the future of a hopeless franchise? Playing all out and going 5-11, or playing for Andrew Luck.
  7. Think back to when you were a young, naive child, somewhere in the 8-12 range. You were old enough to start thinking macho and feeling invincible, but several years later in your high school years you found out that in reality, you didn't know shit. The more embarassing, the better. I used to believe that a BJ involved urinating in a females mouth. You're up.

    AJ Hawk

If you think it's "not a big deal" and we shouldn't "overreact," then where exactly should we draw the line? Just because you and a handful of people think flipping the bird is a sarcastic gesture doesn't mean the consensus of people viewing professional sports see eye to eye with that. Verbal words don't reach the broadcast of the game, but anything that can be seen on camera obviously does.

  10. John Boyle No official word from the #Seahawks on LB Aaron Curry, but he did say his goodbyes to teammates today, "He came and talked to the linebackers and told us thank you for everything we’ve done for him," said KJ Wright. "Told Coach Norton thank you." Heard he might be headed to the Oakland Raiders. Is Al Davis making moves from the grave?
  11. I said Earl Thomas and Chris Clemmons were basically what the Seahawks' defense composed of @ Skin conversation...
  12. All these recievers switching teams has been puzzling. Cotchery in Pittsburgh hasn't even made that much of an impact. Mason once leaving Baltimore didn't do that much either.
  13. Seahawks over the Giants
  14. The 2007 offense did a much better job of putting the Bills away and staying turnover free. That offense could score on any play, and seemed to just demolish you in every systematic way possible for four quarters straight. There wasn't any team close to matching the offensive firepower that the 2007 Patriots team was able to accomplish. This year, I don't think too many people are putting anybody past the elite Green Bay offense. More receiving options doesn't always necessarily make you better.

Adrian Peterson Has Insurance Policy On Himself

^ You're not worth much. And how in the world can the insurance agency actually afford this?
  16. I am liking my lineup this week, and decisions are very easy. Opponent is meadiocre/decent. 4 point passing TDs and 25 yards per poing. Options are: Rex Grossman vs DAL (started him last week) Josh Freeman vs ATL Matt Hasselbeck vs DEN Freeman was the guy I was really high on before the season. I expected a monsterous breakout campaign. I still think an increase in production will be the case for him, but it's very hard to put him back in my lineup with how he has performed thus far. The team as a whole has had a rough slow start. I like all three matchups. Hasselbeck has the best reciever to work with. Freeman has a divisional rivalry with is usually a high scoring mathup, and Grossman has been locking it down and is playing one of the most dismantled teams in football this week.

    Quarterback options

Alright I'm 2-2 this week. Hasselbeck plays Pittsburgh with a 8-3 TD-INT ration, and Josh Freeman plays SF with a 3-4 TD-INT ratio, with a rush TD. Right now I like Freeman slightly more, though Matt has more fantasy points every single week. This one is really tough. I made the right call last week with Victor Cruz. They like him so much they held out Mario Manningham and gave him 6/98 last week. It's either him, or LeGarette Blount against SF. Unless you want to bench Mike Tolbert again DEN and play them both.

    Reebok Zig / Shoes

I'm a pretty simple dresser/shopper. Usually jeans/champs sports shorts and a plain dark colored T and a white or black plain hoodie. I did decide to go fancy on the shoes when I first moved into college three years ago, went with a white/black $80 reebok basketball shoe. Still feels absolutely amazing, and still gets compliments for how nasty they look. One of the best purchases I ever made. They were an everyday/great gym and sport shoe. They started to small slits on the side near the toe knuckle where they bend, and they have become small holes. I'm making good money reffing 6 nights a week, and I'm looking in Champ Sports, Footlocker, to see if I can get something similar. Half the shoe wall seems to be the Reebok Zig, as if it's taken over the shoe market. It's $99. I was turned off initially, but noticing how they add to your height with about an inch of zig underneath you, and finding a nice looking white/black pair, I'm almost ready to go get the suckers. Is anyone strongly turned on or off by Zig? I'm mainly about the appearance of my shoes, but comfort and height addition is a plus. If there's something I can find that's much better for $99, then I'd be inclined to go that direction instead.
