Boy do I hate Zaza. Jesus. He was being sarcastic as hell. And I love it.

I'm not saying that Sherman should or shouldn't be a lock for the H.O.F, just simply that I never thought about it. I definitely would rather have him then not though.

Trump Regime thread.

This is an exaggeration imo. People would be calling for that newscaster to lose their job, and people would be talking about boycotts. The same stuff being said right now about Kathy and CNN by Trump supporters, etc. There were political leaders, commentators, etc, calling Obama all kinds of things, calling for him to be lynched, posting pictures of apes, etc, painting Michelle as an ape, nobody ever rioted. -
Aparently Sherman is a future HOFer? Is this common knoledge? Am I that much out of the loop? Anyway, it's pretty apparent that there's a rift there... They are good as long as they keep winning but I'd be curious to see what happens if that changes.

I would absolutely love it if CP3 goes to the Spurs... At least as a fan of the NBA. Although I'm also starting to think he's just cursed to never get to the finals. Anyway, I really do hope this series ends tonight. I enjoy watching basketball as much as the next guy but I'm already emotionally prepared for the finals.

Calvin Johnson Wanted to Leave Lions before Retiring
DonovanMcnabb for H.O.F replied to Favre4Ever's topic in NFC
I'm pretty meh on this. I love CJ, and after all he gave the Lions I have no problem with him being bitter with them asking for a bit of that money back. I'm also not convinced that the little bit of money they asked back (little relative to how much he made) would be the reason why he'd feel some way about the Lions organization. Reality is that it could be for a wide range of issues, some public, some not. It is what it is. Some people didn't think Favre left the Packers on good terms and it all worked out in the end when he came back to visit, I don't see it any different here. -
That's true. And in which case, I'd let him walk. Cousins is not so good of a prospect to where I think the Redskins should invest a brutal long term contract. Spending do so much on a QB I don't think is a franchise QB is a one way ticket to being the Atlanta Hawks of the NFL.

They finally stopped playing and put the boy Matthew Stafford on the list... In the top 50. We made it.

1. Moving to the pacific northwest has both made me even more of a liberal in many aspects and more religious at the same time. I draw the line in liberalism when something contradicts the Bible, but in general I've found that certain things trigger me more now. Even little things like hearing people call things retarded. There have been many times on TGP when I've almost went full Blots, or backed him up in the political section and stop myself. 2. I used to run away from it a bit, but it's clear people around me expect me to be a leader. I hate responsibilities and love them at the same time, and I love being around people and in general am pretty energetic so I take that role more freely now. As a graduate student I feel weird about it sometimes because I always thought graduate students were supposed to be in the background, but here I am. That's really all I can think of right now. I've also been through experiences, such as being homeless while being a student for a couple weeks without telling anyone or pretending like everything is cool (nobody really knows this still)... Going a couple days without eating because work and grad school at the same time is impossible if you want to amount to something... Which have kinda taught me that everything could always be worse and there's a light at the end of every tunnel, now I'm much more comfortable with change and taking massive risks. ...You should leave Florida and come to the Midwest. Which is actually the best coast.

I don't think he's a franchise QB, but he's probbaly the best they can do right now. I'd sign him to an Andy Dalton type deal. very front loaded, that way he can be let loose in a few years.
-
Well either way, Isaiah Thomas is out for the playoffs. Issa sweep
-
As someone who thinks he knows a lot about basketball... I couldn't tell you what's wrong with the Celtics right now. Maybe they are gassed, but they are not worse then the Pacers.

IT tried to go at LeBron... He tried. Lol.

Given Zaza's past, it's not out of question to assume it was intentional, or just straight up dirty. Even in street ball most people know to avoid under cutting a guy going up for a shot. I find it very hard to believe that the same guy who's best known throughout the league for flagrant fouls by wacking players didnt know that Kawhi would land awkwardly. Intentional or not, it was dirty. And Zaza excels at injuring players while trying to make it look like a basketball move.

Mack is very much a LeSean McCoy type player. I think he's going to struggle at first because he's always trying to go for the big play and in the NFL there isn't always one there. But once, or if he learns to run between tackles, he'll be a good one. I think he's athletically gifted enough though to where he could blow the lid off of some defenses. Him and TY Hilton together could make a pretty good pair.

Meanwhile, Colin Kaepernick...

Bradley Beal's on that comeup too

I don't want to the Celtics to win so, I'm not gonna disagree with you. Lol. I've been on the John Wall bandwagon, the chance to see him in the conference finals would be dope, imo. Also the Wizards are ABUSING Isaiah Thomas when he's on defense. If they make it to the next round, it's going to be interesting to see how the Cavs will go at him.

Yea the all black attire is pretty common in these 7 game series and regular season...

I just don't get it. Not trying to start any debates, it just doesn't make any sense to me. The US is supposed to be the "greatest nation in the world", there are so many precedents for universal health care... Why is this still an issue? I have healthcare, thankfully, but I know people who live day to day afraid to get hurt because it may not be covered. How is this a thing in a 1st world country? -
I checked just to make sure. Turns out you were right.
