I think that if Alex Smith takes this one year offer by the 49ers then he can use it to revamp his image and game and the 49ers can use him as "bridge", so to speak, for the next QB that they draft in this year's draft if that happens.

I personally like any ice cream flavour but my favourites are vanilla (in particlar french vanilla) and moose tracks ice cream. I'm not that big of a fan of any type of ice cream that is either chocolate of any form or other flavours that have chocolate as a component in it.

Congress was involved because it was on a national level and since steriods are a controlled and illegal substance in the United States, it is Congress' responsibility to regulate and stop the distribution of these controlled substances.

This a very stupid decision by the Supreme Court. That man who spent 14 years of his life on death row should get compensation for those wasted years at the very least,plus an apology from anyone involved that made a mistake.

Dennis Dixon played well in the couple of games at the start of this past season in replace of BIG BEN because of the suspension, but he doesn't have what it takes to start in the NFL. The 49ers should trade for a more experienced QB or draft one this upcoming draft.

I personally believe that the Minnesota Vikings shouldn't trade for Donovan McNabb because of his age and that they should both draft a QB and sign a decent and experienced QB in free agency as a "bridge".

They should sign him to a one year contract to see if he has any gas left in the tank to improve his skill set....if he doesn't then they should just release him or don't sign him again after next season.

I agree. I personally think that they should find there QB in free agency and then wait until next year's draft to see if there are better prospects to choose from. They just need someone who can through the football within 3 feet of Fitz and then they will be good. I also think they should cut Derek Anderson.

It's really disappointing that the elected officials at the federal and state level can't get there act together and start doing their jobs in reforming corrupt and very inefficient tax system that screws that average hard working american while rich assholes get tax breaks and don't even invest in jobs in America....true definition of a grave economic and moral injustice IMO.
