Great hire. And since Chud looks to be headed to a 3-4 D, I'm hoping for Horton as his replacemant to Jauron.

Chud just said during his PC, that the DC will decide what D they run. Sounds like he wants a more hybrid front and not just a base 3-4 D though.

I like it. He has had success every where he has went. His offense was pretty solid during his time here too. Norv makes this hire a lot better too. Now he has to find a solid DC and he will be set up for success

Chip Kelly will interivew at 2pm today. We already interviewed Ray Horton Ken Whisenhunt Bill OBriean Doug Marrone GMs Tom Gamble will interview sometime this week. IF we do get Kelly, I hope he assemble of strong staff of proven coaches. His DC should be someone who was one before, same with his OC. Chan Gailey will probably get a look for OC, but I hope we stay away from him.

I would say good choice on Bray part, his entire team offense is basically leaving and he will have a new coach. I think Bray with the right coaching could be good, but he will also have to show some work ethic.

Rivera deserves to stay, he should fire his dog shit DC though.

I don't think Reid himself is a bad hire. But if he is going to take guys like Pat Shurmur, he is a moron. Shurmur runs one of the most vanilla and predictable offenses in the NFL.

Releasing Gamble seems like the right move for the cap situation, but an bad one considering the type of player he is. Doesn't look like the have much choice though.

Thanks but no thanks to this. Peterson would be fun to watch on returns. But RBs already have a short NFL Life and this would only make it shorter. AP is the Vikings Offense right now and if he went down on a return, everyone would question what if.
