Packers @ Bears

Recommended Posts

Green Bay has won five straight games versus Chicago and has won nine of the last 10 meetings overall. The Packers have won eight in a row in Chicago, including the playoffs, since a loss September 27, 2010. The Bears are 2-0 at home versus NFC North teams this season after going 0-3 last season.

The Packers beat the Falcons last week to snap a three-game losing streak. Green Bay has not won back-to-back games this year, something that has not happened in a full season since 2005, Mike Sherman's final season as head coach.

The Bears have won six of their last seven games, most recently beating the Rams on Sunday night. A win this week would give Chicago its first division title since 2010 and first 10-win season since 2012.

Chicago limits opponents to 83.2 rushing yards per game and 3.73 yards per carry, ranking second and fourth in the NFL, respectively. The Packers rank third in the NFL with 5.0 yards per carry. Their only win with under 110 rushing yards this season came in Week 1 versus Chicago (69 yards).

Aaron Rodgers has gone 16-4 (.800) in his career versus the Bears, the best-ever record versus the team (min. 10 starts). Rodgers' 45 career touchdown passes versus Chicago (2.25 per game) trail only Brett Favre, who threw for 60 in 36 games (1.67 per game).

Bradley Sowell became the 16th Bear to find the end zone this season with his receiving touchdown on Sunday. The Bears are tied with the Saints for most players with at least one touchdown this season and are two off the franchise record of 18 players, held by the 1987 and 1985 teams.
