The Buccaneers are 1-11 all-time in Dallas, including two playoff defeats, and have averaged just 11.9 points. Tampa Bay's only win there came in the 2001 season opener. Dallas has won six of the past seven meetings overall and is 14-4 in the all-time series (postseason included).

Tampa Bay's 2-13 road record since the start of last season is tied with Cleveland for worst in the NFL. The Bucs have given up at least 20 points in 18 consecutive road games, the longest such streak since the Falcons did so in 19 straight from 1994 to '96.

The Cowboys can clinch their third NFC East title in five years with a win. This would be their 33rd trip to the playoffs but the first one after being under .500 (3-5) through half the season. They would be the 20th team to accomplish that feat in the past half century.

At 25 years old, Mike Evans is 93 receiving yards shy of becoming the youngest player in NFL history to reach 6000, surpassing Larry Fitzgerald (26 years, 13 days). Evans is coming off his 20th career 100-yard game, five more than any other player in Bucs history (Mark Carrier, 15).

Dak Prescott completed 75.1 percent of his passes during the Cowboys' five-game win streak before hitting 61.5 percent (24-of-39) in Sunday's loss to the Colts. Dallas is 14-1 when Prescott tops 70 percent, including a career-best 88.9 percent (32-of-36) in a 2016 win over Tampa in the teams' last meeting.

Ezekiel Elliott needs 37 rushing yards this week to become the seventh player in NFL history to rush for 4000 in his first 40 NFL games. The last to do it was Chris Johnson in 2010, and the only active player to do it was Adrian Peterson in 2009.

Honestly, I think the Bucs when they're on have the recipe to outgun the Cowboys. THe question is... can they flip the switch. I imagine the NFC East will enter maximum chaos mode for week 17 so...
