Thought this was pretty interesting. Rivals.com compiled each school's rankings over the last 10 years and averaged it all out.

It's funny how Wisconsin is a pretty good school that plays in th Big 10 but can't recruit very well. Ranked #14 in winning percentage but 36th average recruiting rank.

I think that says something about their coaching staff. They may not be the best at recruiting, but they are good at making good players better.

This is why some say Mark Richt is on the hot seat. It's also why Phil Fulmer is gone and why Charlie Weis couldn't possibly stay. Notre Dame and Tennessee spend more money on recruiting than anyone else.
