Patriots2994 43 Posted September 5, 2011 One of my teams has two QB's I'm concerned about for the season-Peyton Manning & Matthew Stafford. Nothing has been decided over Manning, but the fact that he wants a second opinion looks bad. Rumors are out that he may need another surgery, which could knock him out for half to the whole season. Stafford's history speaks for itself. Would McNabb or Orton be worth dropping one for, or should I try to deal?
Maverick 791 Posted September 5, 2011 I wouldn't do anything. Peyton's season opener looks doubtful, and Stafford's injury history is horrible. That being said, Stafford is a beast when he is healthy and he's starting Week 1. I'm betting that Peyton is under center no later than Week 3, so don't make any moves and pray Stafford doesn't get hurt before Peyton makes his first start. Like I said, considering Peyton should be back by Week 2 or 3 your chances are pretty good of Stafford not getting injured.
