Normally I'd give reasons for each of my suggestions so that you feel better with them, but that would be far too much work for all of this.

 

League One: Ray Rice, Shonn Greene (quick explanation-he's playing a team in the bottom 5 for run defense last year, and we know the Jets are going to start running more often soon, so why not against a bad run defense?), Nicks, Wallace, Mathews (Flex)

 

League Two: Ahmad Bradshaw (Jones gets more receptions but he's playing a tough 'Skins defense, and we aren't sure if Romo is starting), Devery Henderson

 

League Three: Tim Hightower & Mario Manningham
