BLUE 1,026 Posted October 7, 2011 Per Rotoworld.com: According to the Washington Examiner's John Keim, "it's hard to imagine (Chris) Cooley's role returning to what it was in the past."Fred Davis has hauled in just five passes on nine targets his past two games, but those numbers are nearly equal to Cooley's season totals. That, coupled with the Redskins emphasis on throwing downfield more often this season make a midseason renaissance highly unlikely for the eight-year veteran. ride or die redskins 8 Posted October 7, 2011 Per Rotoworld.com: This is so premature. The guy is coming off of major knee surgery. The saying is always that you can't tell how persons recovery went in the season they return, but they season after that. While it does look like he has lost a step, I still don't think he is 100%. And with Fred Davis nipping at his heels, im sure he feels a lot of pressure. Hopefully this bye week will help and he will be able to get more in form.
